Role Overview: 

We are seeking a Visual Artist to join our team, focusing on narrative-driven composition and visual communication. The ideal candidate will possess specific domain knowledge in tools and tech stacks relevant to visual production. Depending on seniority, the role ranges from learning fundamentals to leading strategic creative direction. 

Required skills:  

• 2+ years of experience in video editing;  
• Experience in 3D Blender or 3Ds Max;  
• English level upper-intermediate or high;  
• Experience with non-linear video editing, compositing. 

Will be a plus: 

• Experience in Unreal Engine  

Key Competencies Technical:  

• Proficiency in rendering, lighting, camera movements, and animation production pipelines.  
• Strategic: Ability to understand project vision constraints and optimize workflows.  
• Communication: Ability to break down client briefs  to leading client presentations and aligning narrative tone with clients. 

Core Responsibilities:  

• Visual Storytelling & Composition: Create narrative-driven compositions, focusing on lighting, shot composition, and visual communication.  
• Rendering & Design: Produce clean, accurate visual outputs and optimize visuals through rendering basics and standard design principles.  
• Pipeline & Workflow: Work within and improve production pipelines, ensuring visual consistency and seamless content integration.  
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to create unified visual styles and cohesive story structures.
