We’re looking for an AI Creative Designer / Automation Specialist to join Creogen, a platform for creating and automating advertising creatives.

This is a hands-on role combining creative production, template creation, and client support. You’ll become an expert user of the platform, help build its creative library, and turn client materials into ready-to-use advertising assets.

What you’ll do:
• Research advertising trends, explore video and static formats, and understand what makes performance creatives effective.
• Create and upload reusable creative templates in Creogen.
• Prepare tailored creatives for client demos that showcase the platform’s capabilities.
• Turn client briefs and brand assets into creatives and templates.
• Help clients use the platform and adapt templates to their needs.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive creative tasks.
• Share feedback with the product team to improve the platform and user experience.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience producing advertising creatives at scale.
• Spoken English at B2+ level, with the ability to communicate with clients and participate in demos in English.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Grok, Veo, Kling, or similar.
• A strong eye for advertising creatives and an understanding of what performs well and when creatives become fatigued.
• Independence, speed, strong creative judgment, and confidence handling high-volume production and client communication.

Nice to have:
• Experience with creative automation: node-based workflows, no-code tools, Make/n8n, APIs, or prompt engineering.
• Experience in performance marketing, media buying, UGC, D2C, or working with advertising platforms.
• Motion design and video editing skills.

Що потрібно буде робити:

• Вести повний цикл B2B-продажів на польському ринку: від першого контакту до закриття угоди.
• Проводити discovery та demo calls із потенційними клієнтами.
• Виявляти потреби та бізнес-задачі клієнтів і презентувати продукт з урахуванням їхньої специфіки.
• Вести переговори з decision-makers, працювати із запереченнями та доводити угоди до підписання.
• Працювати з outbound-воронкою через LinkedIn, Clay та email outreach.
• Самостійно шукати та сегментувати потенційних клієнтів на польському ринку.
• Персоналізувати комунікацію та тестувати різні sales-підходи й гіпотези.
• Працювати з e-commerce, D2C-брендами, mobile apps, digital- та performance marketing-командами й агенціями.
• Самостійно вести CRM та контролювати pipeline: етапи угод, follow-ups, прогнози та причини lost deals.
• Аналізувати результати outreach та працювати над покращенням конверсії на різних етапах воронки.
• Разом із CEO розвивати sales playbook та адаптувати позиціонування Creogen Studio під польський ринок.

Кого ми шукаємо:

• Спеціаліста з 3+ роками досвіду в B2B sales.
• Бажано від 2 років досвіду у full-cycle sales, де ви самостійно вели клієнта від першого контакту до підписання контракту.
• Досвід продажів B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech або інших digital-продуктів буде значною перевагою.
• Практичний досвід роботи з польським ринком та польськими клієнтами.
• Впевнена розмовна польська мова.
• Досвід самостійного проведення discovery та demo calls.
• Уміння продавати через потреби клієнта та цінність продукту, а не лише працювати за заздалегідь підготовленим скриптом.
• Досвід ведення переговорів та самостійного закриття B2B-угод.
• Розуміння outbound sales та практичний досвід роботи з LinkedIn і email outreach.
• Уміння системно працювати з CRM та керувати власним pipeline.
• Самостійність та здатність вибудовувати процеси там, де ще немає повністю сформованого playbook.
• Розуміння performance marketing та таких метрик, як CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, A/B testing, буде плюсом.
• Досвід роботи з e-commerce, D2C-брендами, mobile apps або marketing agencies також буде перевагою.
