You are:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (iGaming is a must)
• Experience in hiring specialists in the gambling niche (SMM, Affiliate, Media Buyers and others)
• Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search, etc.
• English level — Intermediate and higher
• You have your own list of Telegram channels and LinkedIn groups for all types of vacancies in the iGaming industry
• You are proficient with various tools for automating sourcing and recruiting processes and know how to gather lists of the necessary candidates
• You know how to skillfully guide a candidate to the point of signing an offer

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and maintaining bank and payment system accounts.

• Communication with regulators in jurisdictions where the company holds licenses (Anjouan, Curaçao, MGA, etc.).

• Preparation and submission of regulatory and financial reports together with the Chief Accountant.

• Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes across all GEOs.

• Ensuring compliance with license requirements, AML/KYC procedures, responsible gaming, and advertising rules.

• Maintaining and updating internal compliance policies (AML, RG, Data Protection).

• Coordinating responses to requests from auditors and regulators.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming, FinTech, or financial services.

• Understanding of international payment flows and AML/CTF procedures.

• Experience communicating with regulators and financial institutions.

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Precision, reliability, and structured work approach.

Nice to have:

• Experience opening accounts in high-risk banks and PSPs.

• Knowledge of crypto payment compliance and KYC providers.

Обов’язки:

• Ведення бухгалтерського обліку за стандартами IFRS у міжнародній структурі групи компаній
• Формування та подання регулярної звітності спільно з локальними бухгалтерськими провайдерами та внутрішніми командами
• Комунікація з локальними аудиторами, корпоративними сервіс-провайдерами (CSP), податковими та юридичними консультантами — від оперативної взаємодії через e-mail до підготовки необхідних пакетів документів
• Підтримка та ведення плану рахунків у рамках існуючої архітектури обліку: дотримання структури, коректне відображення операцій, системна робота без імпровізацій
• Ведення обліку в бухгалтерському ПЗ (наприклад, QuickBooks, Xero або аналогічному) — критичним є не інструмент, а порядок і точність
• Контроль коректного відображення фінансових операцій і податків у рамках юрисдикцій: (банківські виписки, проводки, витрати на оренду, фонд оплати праці, платежі постачальникам)
• Участь у відновленні обліку за історичними періодами на основі банківської документації та транзакційних даних (за необхідності)
• Робота суворо за затвердженими інструкціями та методологіями, без спроб ускладнювати чи вигадувати процеси заново

Вимоги:

• Глибокі знання IFRS та підтверджений досвід їх практичного застосування в міжнародному середовищі
• Розуміння принципів транскордонної бухгалтерії: рух коштів між юрособами, агентські договори, міжнародний аудит, документальне підтвердження
• Уміння швидко орієнтуватися в структурі групи, вибудовувати логічні ланцюжки та формулювати чіткі, предметні питання у разі потреби
• Володіння англійською мовою на рівні не нижче B2, що забезпечує можливість професійного листування та усного спілкування з аудиторами, провайдерами й регуляторами
• Висока особиста дисципліна, увага до деталей, системне мислення; перевага стандартам і точності — без «креативних» підходів у фінансовому обліку

• Графік: гнучкий, з обов’язковим перетином у часі з командою (центральний час — UTC+2/+3)

The outsourcing company that works with international betting brands is looking for a Junior Affiliate Support Manager with a strong command of English. Our team consists of ambitious and creative professionals who are constantly developing and achieving great results. We are constantly expanding and looking for new people to collaborate with!

Requirements:
- A minimum B1 level of English for business correspondence; 
- At least 6 months of work experience, but we can also consider candidates without experience with a desire to grow;
- Skills in working with Google documents, CRM system; 
- Good communication skills; 
- Willingness to monotonous work;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, perseverance and concentration.

Duties:
- Processing, filtering and transfer to managers of incoming requests for cooperation;
- Working with CRM system;
- Technical support of the company managers, according to the existing manuals and
instructions.

Will be a plus:
- Experience in the betting industry.
