Responsibilities:- Development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures pursuant to legislative and regulatory requirements of the MENA region
- Participate in the certification process of payment systems, including representing the company for Visa and Mastercard, which includes compliance assessment and preparation of necessary documents
- Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations for payment services, cryptocurrencies and other regulated activities
- Monitoring regulatory changes, identifying and assessing potential risks to the business
- Conducting internal audits and monitoring compliance with established compliance policies
- Preparing reports for internal and external regulators and participating in inspections and audits
- Training company employees in compliance standards
- Liaising with other departments to ensure that compliance is integrated into business processes
- A relevant certification in compliance (e.g. SCCE, ACAMS or similar) is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in compliance in payment, fintech or related field
- Strong understanding of licensing processes in payment services and cryptocurrencies
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and participating in Visa and Mastercard certifications
- Ability to conduct risk analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Upper Intermediate English

Legal Manager
Main responsibilities:- draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts with a focus on service agreements, share purchase agreements (including other related corporate documents), license agreements, NDAs etc;
- conduct comprehensive legal research on various issues related to the company’s operations, including regulatory changes and industry-specific laws, provide practical recommendations thereto;
- advise on intellectual property matters including trademark registration and enforcement, assist with licensing applications and regulatory fillings;
- assist in ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including corporate governance, labor laws, intellectual property, and environmental laws;
- provide legal advice and guidance to internal departments on a variety of matters, such as corporate governance, labor disputes, commercial transactions, and intellectual property;
- prepare and maintain legal documents, including case files, contracts, reports, and corporate records. Ensure that all filings are made in compliance with deadlines and legal requirements;
- assist in dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration, or settlement discussions;
- liase with external counsels and regulatory bodies on the relevant matters;
- work closely with the business, finance, HR, and other departments to identify and mitigate legal risks and ensure smooth business operations.
- master's degree in law;
- 2+ years of proven experience working in a corporate law firm or similar role;
- solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, intellectual property;
- excellent drafting, analytical, legal research skills, ability to analyze complex legal issues;
- strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple projects;
- previous experience in licensing processes (e.g. gaming, financial or tech sectors);
- familiarity with international legal frameworks;
- excellent written and spoken English, communication skills, with the ability to explain legal matters in a clear and concise manner;

- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
