Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's social media strategy, including channel planning, content calendars, and publishing schedules
Grow and engage online communities across key social media platforms through consistent, audience-focused content and community management
Manage day-to-day engagement by monitoring conversations, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful interactions
Build and enhance executive and founder visibility by developing thought leadership content and managing their social media presence
Amplify integrated marketing campaigns across social channels to maximize reach, engagement, and business impact
Plan and promote company events, webinars, product launches, and other key initiatives through social media
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to create engaging content and support joint marketing initiatives
Monitor brand sentiment, industry conversations, and competitor activity through social listening, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks
Gather community feedback and audience insights to inform content strategy, product improvements, and marketing initiatives
Track and report on social media performance, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize content and engagement strategies

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in fintech, finance, SaaS, or the tech industry
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts into engaging content
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (as LinkedIn etc.), social media management tools, and analytics
Experience developing data-driven content strategies and measuring campaign performance
Knowledge of the fintech, banking, payments, crypto, or broader financial services landscape
Basic skills in content creation using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or CapCut are a plus
Highly organized, creative, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher

The role manages the full regulatory lifecycle, including jurisdiction assessments, corporate structuring, company incorporation, licensing, regulatory engagement, and post-licensing compliance. Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology teams, the position ensures full regulatory compliance and supports the Group's international growth.

The role requires extensive expertise in international financial services regulation, fintech, payments, virtual assets, AML/CFT, corporate governance, and cross-border regulatory frameworks, while leading multiple licensing projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

1) Education & Professional Qualifications

Be a qualified lawyer or hold a recognized professional qualification in Compliance, Risk Management or Financial Crime Prevention (preferred)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or another relevant discipline. A Master's degree or postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage
Hold at least one internationally recognized AML/CFT or Compliance certification (e.g. CAMS, ICA, ACAMS, CCEP or equivalent)

2) Professional Experience

Developing and implementing the Group's regulatory expansion strategy for its portfolio companies across existing and new jurisdictions (MEA region).
Leading the establishment of new portfolio companies, including corporate structuring, incorporation and regulatory readiness.
Managing the end-to-end licensing process, including regulatory analysis, preparation and submission of licence applications, and engagement with regulatory authorities.
Developing regulatory roadmaps and advising senior management on licensing strategies and market entry requirements.
