Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Business.

Growth Officer (CBGO) to lead and execute our growth strategy. This executive role will be responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships while aligning product, marketing, sales, and commercial strategy to support long-term, sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong fintech domain expertise with a proven track record of scaling businesses in highly regulated and competitive environments.
 

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

• Define and lead the company’s overall growth strategy across products, markets, and customer segments
• Identify and prioritize new revenue streams, business models, and go-to-market strategies
• Drive scalable growth through customer acquisition, retention, and monetization initiatives

Commercial & Revenue Leadership

• Own revenue targets and growth KPIs across all business lines
• Oversee sales, partnerships, and commercial negotiations with enterprise clients, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners
• Optimize pricing, unit economics, and lifetime value (LTV) metrics

Market Expansion & Partnerships

• Lead market entry strategies for new geographies and verticals
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, payment networks, regulators, fintech platforms, and technology providers
• Represent the company in high-level external engagements and industry forums

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to align growth initiatives with product roadmaps and regulatory requirements
• Ensure growth initiatives are data-driven and customer-centric

Data, Analytics & Performance

• Leverage data analytics to measure growth performance, customer behavior, and funnel efficiency
• Establish dashboards, forecasts, and reporting for executive and board-level decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or high-growth digital businesses
• Proven success in senior growth, commercial, strategy, or business development roles
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, regulatory environments, and digital financial products
• Demonstrated ability to scale revenue, launch new markets, and build strategic partnerships
• Experience working with executive leadership teams and boards
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
• Deep commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Data-driven decision-making mindset
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Fluent English

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager / Chief Financial Officer  to lead the company’s financial function and partner with executive management in driving sustainable growth. 

The role is responsible for setting and executing financial strategy, overseeing financial planning, risk management, and governance, and ensuring robust operational controls and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will also lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, performance management, and development support. 

This position combines high-level strategic leadership with hands-on financial management to support informed decision-making and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
• Act as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making, investments, and growth initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, including performance management and capability building
• Oversee finance operations across multiple locations, with the role based in Dubai and regular travel to regional operations (e.g. Congo) to manage, control, and train finance teams
• Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the company’s financial and operational objectives

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Prepare, review, and present accurate and timely financial reports to executive management and the Board
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure ongoing financial stability
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, systems, and reporting processes

Compliance, Risk & Governance

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and tax regulations across jurisdictions
• Manage internal and external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks
• Oversee internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks

Operational & Commercial Support

• Partner with business units to improve financial performance, cost efficiency, and profitability
• Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure proposals
• Support mergers, acquisitions, funding initiatives, or restructuring activities where applicable

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field 
• Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a senior finance leadership role (Senior Finance Manager, Finance Director, or CFO)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
