Now we are expanding our sales department — the key link between warm leads and loyal clients. We’re looking for a Salesperson who is smart, confident, and ready to work in a dynamic team where quality matters more than quantity.
✔️We Offer:
- Fully remote position
- Monday to Friday (9 AM — 5 PM EST) (16:00 — 00:00 in Kyiv time)
- Salary tied to USD
- $450-$650 base pay + bonuses
- Commission pay
- Quarterly bonus

✔️You are our perfect candidate if you:
- Speak fluent English (a must)
- Have at least 1 year of experience in sales (B2B or B2C, product or service)
- Have worked with CRM systems and understand the sales process
It’s a plus if you have experience in theU.S. market or moving industry.
✔️What you’ll be doing:
A typical day might look like:
- Following up with warm leads and turning them into paying customers
- Preparing accurate quotes for moving services and walking the client through every detail
- Updating lead statuses and notes in the CRM
- Coordinating with the dispatcher or operations team to confirm availability
- Responding to follow-up questions via phone, email, or text
- Tracking your daily performance and sharing a short summary with your manager
Jumping between multiple client threads, chats, or internal updates — and keeping things organized like a pro

We are looking for a strong, strategic thinking Marketing Director who can build a system, turn marketing into a growth engine and take charge.
⚙️ Terms:
- 100% remote working — will need stable internet, a powerful PC and a working environment (minimising the impact of blackouts);
- Schedule: Mon-Fri from 15:00 to 23:00, flexible lunch 30 minutes;
- Probationary period: 2−3 months;
- Salary at PP:$2000−2300 (fix + KPI, depending on candidate’s competences). After PP: $2600−3000 in the first year with the prospect of growth;

✅ Who we need:
We are looking for not just a performer, but a strategic partner who:
- Can speak English at Intermediate (B1) level and above (high level of written English, excellent knowledge of Russian (the owner is not from Russia and actively supports Ukraine, there are Russian-speaking employees in the team);
- Understands market trends, customer behaviour and can adapt quickly;
- Able to manage a team (SMM, digital-marketer) and contractors;
- Has a marketing flair and understands perfectly how a brand should ‘sound' and look like;
- Is able to work independently, propose ideas and realise them.
🔧 Professional Requirements:
- Experience in the position of marketing director from 2 years;
- Excellent knowledge of digital: SEO, context, SMM, content, email, websites;
- Strong analytical skills: Google Analytics, ROMI/ROI, reporting;
- Experience in lead generation: context, offline activities, email;
- Marketing education or courses would be an advantage;
- Team and contractor management skills:Ability to inspire the team, negotiate and monitor execution.
- Ability to achieve and develop KPI’s and back this up with numbers.

- Launch and promotion of additional services of the company as separate product areas;
- Implementation and testing of modern tools (AI, automation, CRM integrations);
- Formation and control of the marketing team: SMM, targeting, digital marketer (internal/outsourced);
- Monitoring, analytics and reporting: key metrics, ROMI/ROI, improvement initiatives;
- Work on offline marketing (branding, offline promotions, guerrilla marketing and local advertising).
