We are looking for a Content Manager to join our arbitrage team.

We need someone with hands-on experience in arbitrage media / affiliate media who can do more than just write articles. This role is about building and managing content processes, generating strong ideas, and helping grow a media product in a fast-moving digital environment.

Responsibilities:

• write, edit, and manage articles related to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and digital topics;
• create and maintain a content plan;
• generate ideas for articles, special projects, content rubrics, and new formats;
• manage the full content production cycle: from briefs and deadlines to editing and publication;
• adapt content for different platforms and formats;
• ensure high quality, consistency, and clarity across all materials;
• collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and other team members;
• analyze content performance and improve the content strategy accordingly;
• contribute to the overall growth and development of the media project.

Requirements:

• proven experience as a Content Manager or Editor;
• strong understanding of arbitrage media, affiliate marketing, traffic sources, verticals, and the market;
• excellent writing and editing skills;
• ability to organize and manage content workflows;
• strong idea generation skills and a good sense of relevant topics and trends;
• attention to detail, deadlines, and quality;
• experience with SEO content, analytics, and CMS platforms will be a plus.

We’re scaling the 100FTD media buying team and looking for a strong Business Development Manager who understands how the spend model works, knows how to build strategic partnerships, and can negotiate top-tier deals with advertisers.

We’re a product-driven iGaming team with our own infrastructure, deep traffic expertise, and fast internal processes.
We focus on results — no unnecessary bureaucracy.

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

— Sourcing and onboarding direct advertisers (iGaming / Casino)
— Building partnerships based on Spend + CPA models
— Leading negotiations: rates, caps, exclusives, special terms
— Managing the full partner lifecycle — from first contact to scaling
— Working with existing advertisers: approvals, rate increases, scaling spend
— Close collaboration with the media buying team (all traffic sources)
— Analyzing offer performance and identifying growth opportunities

🎯 Who we’re looking for:

— Solid experience in the Gambling vertical
— Clear understanding of the spend model and media buying logic
