• Proven experience in gambling verticals
• Strong track record and case studies in your traffic direction (FB, UAC, TikTok, etc.)
• Deep understanding of CPA, ROI, CPL, and other key performance metrics
• Experience working with affiliate networks and direct advertisers
• Ability to find & scale new sources efficiently
• Confidence working with big budgets
• Solid skills with trackers like Keitaro / Binom and understanding their setup

We’re actively expanding our team and looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our in-house iGaming division.

We are v3nco — a group of performance-driven companies working exclusively with our own IT products in the gambling and crypto verticals since 2017. We're not an agency. We're the product owners.

What you’ll do:

• Sourcing and onboarding new direct advertisers (iGaming, Betting, Casino)
• Full-cycle management — from first contact to contract signing and ongoing support
• Managing and scaling deals on CPI, CPA, RevShare, or Hybrid models
• Acting as the main point of contact for partners, providing timely support and performance insights
• Collaborating closely with affiliate, product, and media buying teams to align strategy and goals
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to keep our offering competitive

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in the iGaming vertical
• Solid understanding of key performance models: CPA, CPL, RevShare
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• English level B2+ (you'll communicate with international partners daily)
• Experience at industry conferences is a big plus
• Self-driven and proactive attitude

Обов'язки:

• Публікація контенту на сайтах та у соцмережах
• Написання коротких текстів (новини, пости)
• Створення ТЗ для копірайтерів і дизайнерів
• Перевірка контенту перед публікацією
• Робота з контент-планом

• Адаптація контенту під іноземну аудиторію

   

Вимоги:

• Англійська B1–B2
• Базовий досвід у контент-менеджменті / SMM 
• Вміння писати прості та зрозумілі тексти
• Розуміння роботи соцмереж (FB, Insta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram)

• Уважність, організованість, відповідальність
