We're scaling the 100FTD media buying team and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who understands how the Spend model works, knows how to build strategic partnerships, and can negotiate top-tier deals with advertisers.

We're a product-driven iGaming team with our own infrastructure, deep traffic expertise, and fast internal processes. We focus on results, efficiency, and long-term partnerships — without unnecessary bureaucracy.

🚀 What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and onboarding direct advertisers in the iGaming / Casino vertical
• Building and developing partnerships based on Spend + CPA models
• Leading commercial negotiations: rates, caps, exclusives, hold periods, and special terms
• Negotiating minimal hold periods and securing fast cap increases after successful test campaigns
• Managing the full partner lifecycle - from initial outreach to long-term scaling
• Working closely with existing advertisers to increase rates, optimize approvals, and scale spend
• Collaborating closely with the media buying team across all traffic sources

🎯 Who we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B Business Development within the iGaming industry
• Solid experience in the Gambling vertical
• Strong understanding of the Spend model and media buying logic
• Excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the advertiser mindset
• Experience working with direct advertisers and affiliate networks
• Deep understanding of key media buying metrics (ROI, CVR, Reg2Dep, Baseline, LTV, CPA) to effectively align with the internal media buying team
• Ability to work independently and drive partnerships from prospecting to scale
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on business growth

• English level B2+ (daily communication)
