💼 What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in gambling verticals
• Strong track record and case studies in your traffic direction (FB, UAC, TikTok, etc.)
• Deep understanding of CPA, ROI, CPL, and other key performance metrics
• Experience working with affiliate networks and direct advertisers
• Ability to find & scale new sources efficiently
• Confidence working with big budgets
• Solid skills with trackers like Keitaro / Binom and understanding their setup

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing affiliates (Casino, Betting, iGaming)
• Onboard partners and support them through campaign setup & optimization
• Track and analyze performance to maximize ROI and ensure quality traffic
• Act as the main point of contact — provide timely updates, support, and insights
• Collaborate with media buying and analytics teams to hit shared goals
• Ensure compliance and detect fraud before it becomes a problem

• Represent Play.Partners at major iGaming events worldwide

   

🔍 What We Expect

• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Management or Affiliate Marketing
• Solid knowledge of iGaming verticals and performance models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid)
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset — data first, decisions second
• English level B2+ (daily partner communication)

• Experience with affiliate platforms & trackers (Affise, HasOffers, Keitaro, etc.) is a big plus
