As our System Administrator / DevOps, you keep our IT backbone strong and reliable. What you will do

• Maintain and administer computer servers, networks, and workstations, updating configurations as needed.
• Run regular data backups and disaster recovery tests to confirm we can restore systems when needed.
• Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting for company services, and respond promptly to incidents.
• Apply security updates and maintain information security controls across servers, workstations, and cloud services.
• Build, run, and maintain the development, test, and production environments for our in-house ERP system.
• Automate the build and deployment process of our ERP to streamline and reduce manual work.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or network issues, replacing defective components as needed.
• Document infrastructure, configurations, and recovery procedures so the team always has up-to-date references.
• Coordinate and implement network security measures to protect our data and systems.

What success looks like

• Servers and network are available and reliable, meeting agreed service levels.
• Backups run on schedule and are regularly tested for successful restores.
• Security updates are applied within the agreed window, keeping vulnerabilities closed.
• ERP releases are deployed automatically and consistently across environments.

What you bring

• You have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• At least two to four years of experience working with servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• You are comfortable reading system and network configurations and using both administrative and troubleshooting tools.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems (Linux and/or Windows), virtualization, and cloud-based management software.
• You know how to automate deployments using configuration management or scripting tools.
• Experience setting up and using monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• You can apply security updates and harden systems following best practices.
• Clear communication skills, both written and spoken, for documenting and sharing procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience building or supporting ERP systems or similar business applications.

You work closely with our leadership and department heads to shape budgets, analyze performance, and keep our resources aligned with our business goals. Your work keeps our projects on track and our teams confident in the numbers behind every decision.

In this role, you are the person our leaders count on to make sense of the details, flag issues, and recommend practical solutions. Your analysis supports everything from daily spending to long-term planning, helping us deliver the technology and training that drive our business forward.

What you will do

• Build and update annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department managers.
• Track financial performance by comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, and highlight key variances.
• Prepare concise, clear reports and presentations for our CFO, Comptroller, and other leaders.
• Analyze monthly department budget and accounting reports to maintain effective expenditure controls.
• Advise managers on cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation based on your findings.

What you will do

• Oversee personnel administration, maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.
• Direct the daily work of HR team members, including talent acquisition, training, and travel management specialists.
• Coordinate HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations.
• Prepare and deliver HR reports and data to company leadership on schedule.
• Interpret and apply labor law requirements to all HR procedures and policies.
• Represent the company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, providing guidance on disciplinary procedures and contract interpretation.

About the role

As a Software Engineer (ERP), you design, build, and support the modules that make our own ERP system work—and keep it connected to Odoo. Your work helps every team in the company get the information they need, when they need it, and keeps our business running smoothly as we grow and adapt.

You'll work with IT and users across the company to develop, test, and improve our ERP, making sure it fits how we actually work. You’ll also move data between systems and help us avoid disruptions as we upgrade and expand.
 

What you will do

• Develop and maintain modules for our in-house ERP system, based on real user needs and requirements
• Build and maintain integrations between our ERP and Odoo using APIs and webhooks
• Plan and execute data migrations from Odoo and other sources, verifying accuracy and completeness
• Analyze software requirements and user needs to assess feasibility and scope of new features
• Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance
• Write and run tests, review code, and check changes in a test environment before release
• Document modules, interfaces, and data structures so others can support and extend your work
• Fix defects reported by users and IT support, and communicate solutions clearly
   

What success looks like

• ERP modules delivered according to the agreed project plan
• Integrations with Odoo run reliably, without data loss or duplicates
• All migrated data is complete, accurate, and verified by users
• Software releases reach production without breaking existing processes
   

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Several years (typically two to four) of experience developing, integrating, or maintaining ERP systems
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data migration tools
• Experience with version control, test environments, and documenting code and data structures
• Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for ERP or web development
• Ability to read and analyze user requirements, and translate them into working software
• Skilled at troubleshooting, debugging, and solving complex technical problems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with IT and end users
