About your role: You will own the full cycle of marketing experimentation from testing and automation to analytics and growth insights, helping our products scale globally and drive millions of new users

In this role, you will

• Build a full methodology for testing Landing Pages and Store Pages — from experiment design and result logging to hypothesis iteration and planning future tests
• Optimize and automate the analysis and reporting process for all experiments
• Run Custom Product Page experiments in App Store and Google Play for multiple company apps
• Establish a continuous testing framework for Landing Pages across our product portfolio

У цій ролі ти будеш

• Керувати всіма treasury- операціями, включно з виконанням платіжних процесів і банківських переказів
• Готувати необхідні супровідні документи для платежів і керувати корпоративними банківськими картками
• Формувати та аналізувати щоденні й місячні звіти про обороти та залишки для надання аналітичних інсайтів щодо фінансової ефективності
• Забезпечувати ефективне управління фінансовими ресурсами та ліквідністю
• Виявляти фінансові ризики та розробляти стратегії їхнього мінімізації
• Керувати валютними ризиками та ризиками процентних ставок
• Будувати й підтримувати партнерські відносини з банками та фінансовими установами, вести переговори щодо умов обслуговування, комісій і кредитних лімітів
• Координувати взаємодію з банками з фінансових питань та вирішувати ситуації, пов’язані з поверненнями коштів і чарджбеками
• Забезпечувати відповідність фінансовій звітності, регуляторним вимогам та внутрішнім політикам
• Прогнозувати грошові потоки та фінансові тенденції
• Брати участь у процесах закриття місяця та допомагати у виплаті зарплат
• Підтримувати процес відкриття нових рахунків і взаємодіяти з внутрішніми відділами та зовнішніми партнерами з питань платежів
• Підтримувати процеси KYC, контролю лімітів і дотримання комплаєнсу
• Оптимізувати та вдосконалювати бізнес-процеси, пов’язані з казначейством — включно з платежами, фінансовим контролем і управлінням валютними операціями — у співпраці з внутрішніми командами та зовнішніми партнерами
• Брати участь у поточних та спеціальних проєктах, готувати ad hoc звіти та виконувати інші завдання за запитом керівництва
   

Наш метч, якщо ти

• Маєш 2–5 років досвіду роботи в treasury, фінансах або суміжних напрямах, бажано в IT, банківській чи FMCG-компанії
• Маєш ступінь бакалавра або магістра в галузі економіки, фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку, менеджменту чи суміжній сфері
• Володієш MS Excel, PowerPoint і платіжними системами (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, online banking)
• Розумієш регуляторні вимоги, стандарти IFRS і принципи бухгалтерського обліку
• Маєш досвід прогнозування грошових потоків і фінансового аналізу
• Володієш аналітичним мисленням і здатністю приймати виважені рішення
• Відзначаєшся уважністю до деталей, критичним мисленням і вмінням вирішувати проблеми
• Умієш ефективно працювати в динамічному середовищі з чіткими дедлайнами
• Маєш сильні комунікаційні навички та вмієш вибудовувати співпрацю
• Володієш англійською мовою на рівні Upper-Intermediate або вище (усно та письмово)
• Є командним гравцем, орієнтованим на результат і розвиток
• Структурно мислиш, береш відповідальність за результат і прагнеш досягати цілей

Буде плюсом:
