About your role: We are looking for a Treasury Manager to help scale and strengthen our treasury function. This role offers the opportunity to manage multi-currency cash flows across international banks, EMIs, crypto partners, and optimize treasury processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial stability and supporting the company's strategic growth.

In this role, you will

• Lead and develop the company's treasury function, driving its continuous improvement, scaling processes, and implementing best practices to support business growth.
• Own end-to-end relationships with banks and EMIs — negotiating fees, credit terms, and service conditions
• Analyze current banking costs and proactively identify optimization opportunities (e.g., switching accounts or providers to reduce fees)
• Lead the opening and closing of bank and EMI accounts, including onboarding for new jurisdictions and business needs
• Own KYC processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

• 3+ years of experience specifically in a Treasury Manager role, preferably in IT, fintech, or a multi-jurisdictional business
• Hands-on experience with international banks, EMIs, and payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, online banking)
• Experience working with crypto payments/exchanges is a strong advantage
• Experience opening and closing bank/EMI accounts across multiple jurisdictions
• Solid understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills and confidence negotiating directly with banks on fees and terms
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, both oral and written

In this role, you will

• Launch and manage advertising campaigns across ad networks (AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Unity Ads, etc), where we operate as an official partner
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily against key metrics (CPA, CPI, IPM, ROAS, Retention)
• Own your channel strategy end-to-end: design your own testing structure for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies, focused primarily on Tier-1 markets (US, Western Europe)
• Maintain campaign reporting and prepare regular performance reports
• Communicate directly with network account managers on launches, optimization, creative moderation, and technical issues
• Collaborate with the Creative team to request and provide feedback on creatives
• Report on results in team syncs and drive your own experiments with real ownership of outcomes

It’s all about you

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for mobile apps, personally launching and managing campaigns (not only through a managed-service setup)
• Practical, hands-on experience with at least one of the networks: AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Unity Ads, at a meaningful spend level (not just small test launches)
• Experience working with monthly budgets from $100,000
• Understanding of programmatic/ad network buying principles (bidding, auctions, optimization events)
• Solid grasp of core performance metrics (CPA, CPI, CTR, CR, ROAS, IPM, LTV)
• Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for data work
• English at Intermediate (B1+) level for working with network interfaces and communicating with account managers
• Attention to detail and discipline in reporting and campaign structure

Would be a plus

• Basic SQL knowledge or experience with BI tools (Tableau, AppsFlyer)
• Understanding of MMP tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and attribution principles
• Interest in automating routine processes (reporting, monitoring) using AI tools

We're building a greenfield high-load media platform from scratch, allowing you to shape the architecture, choose the technology stack, and make key engineering decisions from the very beginning. This isn't about maintaining legacy systems—it's about designing and delivering scalable solutions that will evolve from PoC into production

You'll tackle complex engineering challenges around WebRTC, low-latency streaming, SFU/TURN infrastructure, and scaling the platform to 300,000 concurrent connections and 3M+ requests per second. As part of a small, highly skilled team, you'll have real ownership, fast decision-making, and the chance to build rare, highly valued expertise while making a visible impact on the product

In this role, you will

• Design and build the infrastructure for a greenfield streaming/WebRTC platform, ensuring scalability, low latency, and high availability
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies to support fast and reliable releases
• Manage cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters using Infrastructure as Code tools
• Implement autoscaling, performance optimization, and load testing to ensure the platform can handle high traffic and peak loads
• Build and improve the platform's observability by implementing monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product teams, contributing to architectural decisions and the evolution of the platform

It’s all about you

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in production environments
• Experience designing and building high-load infrastructure from scratch
• Hands-on experience with streaming, WebRTC, or social/multimedia products
• Production experience with Kubernetes, including scaling, autoscaling, and troubleshooting
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible
• Experience with AWS or GCP, including compute, networking, and managed services
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, along with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and Helm
• Knowledge of observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, logging, and distributed tracing
• Strong networking fundamentals, including UDP, RTP/RTCP, low-latency networking, and TURN/STUN (coturn)
• Experience with load testing and performance optimization for high-traffic production systems

Would be a plus

• Experience with media servers, such as mediasoup, LiveKit, Janus, or Jitsi
• Experience optimizing bandwidth-heavy streaming platforms and improving infrastructure cost efficiency
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Go, or Bash
