More than just hosting, we provide infrastructure with true added value. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager ready to elevate our product positioning and drive measurable impact on our revenue.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitors and identify customer pain points to improve landing page conversion rates
• Conduct deep analysis of user behavior using Hotjar, Plerdy (or any similar tool) to optimize the sales funnel
• Generate data-driven hypotheses and create clear technical specifications for the development team
• Launch and manage retention marketing campaigns

• Develop affiliate programs, partnerships, create content & provide activities in social media

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on product and analytics
• Ability to independently identify growth opportunities and propose ready-made solutions without micromanagement
• Hands-on experience with user behavior analysis tools and a solid understanding of UX principles

• Ability to write copy that addresses specific customer problems rather than just describing features

Working conditions:

• Remote work, european-based company.
• Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off.
• Working hours: fixed, from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Lunch break: flexible, 1 hour between 12:00 and 15:00.
• Mandatory probationary period of 2-3 months (can be finished earlier, retroactively).
