What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain projects using Python.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis / RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of FastAPI, WebSockets, SQLAlchemy + Alembic.
• Async programming & pytest testing skills.
• Basic understanding of GIT and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AWS (EC2, Elastic Beanstalk).
• Basic understanding of Docker & Docker Compose.

We’re searching for an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to work closely with our founder at RedDogFish, an international eSIM operator transforming the way travelers stay connected. This role is ideal for a highly responsible and well-organized individual who ensures that everything stays on track.

RedDogFish is an international eSIM operator for travelers. We help people stay connected without physical SIM cards, offering simple, transparent, and reliable mobile internet in over 140 countries.

Our service is designed to be user-friendly, secure, and effortless. The product - a fully digital eSIM - activates in just 2 minutes, features an intuitive UX that even a grandmother could navigate, and simply works wherever it’s needed most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring clear communication and timely execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Collaborate with partners, agencies, and internal teams to drive project success
• Provide regular project updates to the CEO and C-Level
• Manage the founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Handle email correspondence and ensure efficient communication flow
• Prepare and manage documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide support to the CEO and C-Level with other organizational tasks

Competences:

• 1 years of proven experience in Project Coordination, Administration, or Operations.
• Commercial experience in IT or tech projects is a strong plus.
• Long-term availability, full-time commitment (9:00–18:00).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
• Proficiency in project management tools and office software.
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
• Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

• маєш впевнене письмове володіння англійською (B2+)

• маєш базове розуміння технічних продуктів або готовність вчитись
• досвід у службі підтримки — великий плюс (але не must)
• вмієш бути calm & kind, навіть коли це 50-й запит за день

• любиш вирішувати проблеми, а не створювати їх :)

• вирішувати запити про підключення, активацію, тарифи або технічні нюанси
