Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously for a single client, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks
• Clarify current tasks and requirements in detail and effectively communicate them to the development team
• Ensure clear and consistent communication between the client and the development team
• Monitor project execution to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budget
• Plan workflows, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
• Strong project management skills, including:
  • Control & Execution: Ensuring project outcomes align with the plan and resolving issues оперативно
  • Planning: Creating and updating timelines, setting priorities, and distributing tasks
  • Resource Management: Efficient allocation of human and material resources
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans
  • Communication: Clear communication with both the team and the client, conducting meetings effectively
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana
• Strong organizational and communication skills, results-oriented mindset

Вашими задачами буде:
