Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an Account & Sales Manager with strong initiative, negotiation, and communication skills to act as a key link between the organization and its external stakeholders. The role will focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients (platforms) and partners (game providers), while identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of existing partnerships.

This position combines account management and sales responsibilities, requiring a proactive, relationship-driven individual who can effectively manage client needs, negotiate commercial terms, and contribute to the company's overall business development.

Responsibilities:

• Support business growth through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to drive account growth and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage B2B client relationships and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and smooth execution.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow partnerships.
• Develop and propose new campaign ideas and initiatives in collaboration with clients and partners.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and partners via email, online presentations, screen sharing, Teams and other communication channels.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast, monitor, and track key account metrics and performance.
• Monitor client satisfaction and provide exceptional day-to-day service to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Monitor and analyze ongoing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and support the development and growth of existing client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably within the iGaming, gambling, online casino industry.
• iGaming experience is a must; 
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing B2B clients and building long-term business relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing or contributing to cross-functional projects and coordinating with internal teams.
• Prior experience preparing and supporting executive-level presentations, proposals, and business meetings.
• Experience with CRM tools and project management platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Design impactful social media graphics and contribute creative ideas to strengthen branding
-Create and edit engaging short videos, including but not limited to AI videos

Requirements:

-Proven experience in Motion Design , preferably within the iGaming, gambling, online casino industry.

-3+ years of experience in graphic/web design
-Expertise in photo editing and portrait enhancement tools
-Skilled in video content creation for social media
-Proficient in using AI video skills (a plus, not required)
-Creativity and a strong sense of visual trends in social media
-Experience maintaining brand identity, consistency, and voice in line with brand guidelines
-Proficient in visual systems and visual storytelling

We are seeking a Financial Statement and Audit Specialist based in Ukraine to be responsible for preparing regular financial reports and conducting audits to ensure accurate and timely accounting. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Plan and perform audits to make sure that the financial records are fair and accurate.
• Develop process improvements to refine the quality and effectiveness of deliverables.
• Develop clear and complete reports of audit procedures and findings.
• Maintain financial and audit documentation according to established standards.
• Organize financial and audit training as required.
• Manage reconciliation and cash.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or accounting sciences.
• Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Financial Services Auditor, or similar.
• At least 2 years experience as a financial accountant, financial analyst, or business accountant in Ukraine.
• A thorough understanding of key areas such as risk, compliance, and financial legislation.

We are looking for a Level 2 Support Specialist to act as the technical bridge between customer-facing Level 1 agents and Level 3 team, responsible for investigating and resolving complex issues in integrations with partners, payments, bonus malfunctions, and other platform issues. s.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical incidents related to games, transactions processing, API requests
• Perform root cause analysis,prepare incident reports, escalate to L3 or dev team
• Manage second line investigation of issues and testing of newly released games 
• Perform detailed testing of the integrations with providers and operators
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify failures or anomalies
• Gather client requirements to coordinate with team
• Provide help to customer inquiries
• Coordinate the communication flow between L1 and L3 teams for escalated issues.
• Handle client escalations by updating status flags, escalating to L3.
• Identify and troubleshoot different types of APIs and customer integrations issues
• Maintain internal documentation

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of ticketing systems
• General understanding of client-server architecture
•  iGaming-specific knowledge would be a plus
• 2+ years of experience in Customer or Technical Support
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
