Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing websites and applications. The role will include tasks such as building and optimizing front-end user interfaces, coding back-end applications and APIs, troubleshooting and resolving bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality digital solutions. The Web Developer will also play a role in creating visually appealing designs that ensure functionality and user-friendly experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs and server-side logic
• Experience with Front-End Development, including creating interactive and responsive UI/UX designs
• Solid understanding of Web Development principles and frameworks
• Strong Programming skills in languages commonly used for web applications
• Skills in Web Design with an eye for aesthetics and usability
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar technologies
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in financial technology or a related industry is a plus
