TURBOTA is looking for its first dedicated B2B Sales Manager to build our corporate sales pipeline from the ground up.

The main focus of this role is outbound lead generation: finding relevant companies and decision-makers, starting conversations, and managing opportunities from the first contact to payment.

TURBOTA is a Ukrainian manufactory of meaningful gifts and home fragrance products, including candles, diffusers, posters, and custom corporate collections.

Over the past six years, we have:

• served more than 20,000 customers

• built a network of 50+ partners across Ukraine

• created corporate gifts for Uklon, the National Bank of Ukraine, Wargaming, and other companies

• developed our own production and customisation capabilities

We are now expanding our corporate direction and launching TURBOTA for a Year — an annual gifting subscription for companies.

A company approves the budget once, while we take care of employee gifts for birthdays, onboarding, work anniversaries, and other important occasions.

What you will do

Outbound lead generation — the main focus

• Build and maintain a database of target companies and decision-makers

• Search for leads through Apollo, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator

• Launch personalised outreach through LinkedIn, cold email

• Reactivate previous corporate clients before the new gifting season

• Test target segments, messaging, and outreach approaches

• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities

Sales and deal management

• Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes

• Prepare commercial proposals together with our team, normally within 24 hours

• Manage every opportunity in the CRM until payment or a clear next step

• Calculate deal margins and avoid unprofitable sales

• Close larger opportunities together with the founder

• Collect feedback, create client cases, and generate repeat business

Who we are looking for

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, outbound lead generation, partnerships, agency sales, SDR, or BDR roles

• Experience independently building prospect lists and running cold outreach

• Results you can demonstrate through numbers: meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates, or revenue closed

• Strong CRM discipline and consistent follow-up habits

• Clear and human communication without generic templates or corporate jargon

• Commercial thinking and an understanding of revenue, costs, and margins

• Fluency in Ukrainian

Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, corporate gifting, HR-tech, events, merchandise, or creative agencies will be an advantage.
