We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruit Team Leader who can drive hiring initiatives, optimize recruitment processes, and support the company’s growth through effective talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters.
• Develop recruitment policies to inform the rest of the organization.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the members of the Recruitment team, conduct the evaluation process.
• Collaborate closely with the Hiring managers to ensure that the team meets hiring targets and provides a great hiring experience.
• Drive innovation and be keen to explore and assess new processes, programs, and tools when needed.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities to improve team productivity and hiring efficiency.
• Act as a strategic partner to department team leaders and CEO, aligning hiring strategies with business needs and ensuring effective collaboration throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (Sourcer, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a manager of the team.
• Good English speaking and writing skills (upper-intermediate and higher) is a must.
• Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge.
• Management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and communicative skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, multitasking, responsibility, willingness to learn.
• Being a pro-active, positive-minded team-player.
• High skills of business communication and business correspondence.
