Description/responsibilities:

1. Technical Support (Hardware & Software):
   1. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware issues on laptops, monitors, printers, and other office devices.
   2. Identify root causes of software or application issues and suggest practical solutions or workarounds.
   3. Decide whether a device needs repair, replacement, or a simple configuration fix;
2. Procurement Research & Communication:
   1. Conduct global searches online for laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
   2. Communicate with suppliers across different countries to gather technical details, availability, and pricing.
   3. Ask targeted and intelligent questions to clarify equipment compatibility and warranty options.
3. Internal Employee Support:
   1. Act as the first line of support for internal staff facing technical difficulties.
   2. Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented responses (in-person or via chat).
   3. Ensure all issues are logged, tracked, and followed up until resolution.

Requirements:

Technical must experience:

- At least 1+ years of experience in the relevant field (System administrator, Technical Support, etc)

- Solid understanding of hardware: ability to judge whether equipment needs repair or replacement.

- Good software troubleshooting skills: ability to analyze and respond to application issues logically.

- Confidence using search engines, marketplaces, and international platforms for equipment discovery.

- Being a pro-active, tech-savvy, positive-minded team-player.

- Self-organized, logical thinker, and fast learner.

Soft must experience:

- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

- Good communication ability, both written and verbal.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good organizational, and documentation skills

- Independent problem-solving and adaptability.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Attention to detail and proactive learning.

- Taking ownership of what you do.

- Open-minded.

We are looking for an ambitious person to be responsible for all aspects of the sourcing through managing recruit process of IT/Non-IT professionals.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in the IT field (as a recruiter/researcher);

- Able to come to the office in Kyiv 1-2 days a week.

- IT sourcing techniques knowledge and skills;

- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;

- Very good English-speaking and writing capabilities;

- Good PC capabilities -Phone, Skype, and online meetings platform skills;

- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills;

Key duties:

- Searching for candidates in various resources;

- Interviewing candidates and drafting presentations for clients;

- Other related tasks, as requested.
