We are looking for an ambitious person to be responsible for all aspects of the sourcing through managing the recruitment process of IT/Non-IT professionals.
Requirements:- 0,5+ years of experience in the IT field (as a recruiter/researcher);
- IT sourcing techniques knowledge and skills;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;
- Fluency in English at B2+ level is a must-have (written and verbal);
- Good PC capabilities -Phone, Slack, and online meeting platform skills;
Professionalism, organization, and project management skills;
Key duties:
- Searching for candidates in various resources;
- Interviewing candidates and drafting presentations for clients;
- Other related tasks, as requested.
