You aren't just a high-level strategist; you are a "hands-on" executioner who deeply understands the inner plumbing of the payments industry. You will take full ownership of our payment partner ecosystem—from scouting top-tier acquirers and local payment methods (LPMs) to navigating high-risk KYC/Compliance, negotiating commercial terms, and executing seamless Go-Lives.

• Industry Fluency: Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including high-risk licensing (MGA, Curaçao, Anj registers, etc.) and regional regulatory frameworks;
• Payment Expertise: Strong knowledge of card processing, Alternative Payment Methods (e.g., Pix, UPI, Open Banking, Crypto), and the end-to-end technical flow of a transaction;
• Hands-on Execution: Proven track record of "working with your hands"—you have personally sourced payment providers/acquirers, negotiated commercial terms/rates, and overseen integration pipelines;
• Compliance Savvy: Hands-on experience with high-risk payment partner onboarding, risk requirements, and AML/KYC standards;

🎯 Role Overview

As a Finance Analyst at TrueLabel, you will take ownership of financial operations and reporting related to Payment Service Providers (PSPs). Working with large financial datasets, cash flows, and provider reports, you will ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support process automation and optimization. You will collaborate closely with PSPs and internal teams, contributing to transparent financial operations and scalable payment processes.

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• Prepare and submit monthly PSP reporting, including cash flow offloading, transformation, and preparation of raw data for analysis;
• Analyze PSP operations, identify errors or discrepancies in data, and propose effective solutions;
• Maintain active communication with payment service providers regarding reports, discrepancies, and operational questions (English is required);
• Reconcile contractual terms and conditions of payment providers with actual transactional and financial data;
• Develop, maintain, and administer a knowledge base related to PSPs, reporting logic, and financial specifics;
• Work with large datasets and participate in automation of data processing and reporting workflows;
• Collaborate with finance, payments, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

👤 Our Criteria:

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large volumes of financial data (cash flows, PSPs, banks, or similar financial structures);

You will work closely with Product, Development, Support, and other internal teams to translate client requests into actionable tasks, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery in accordance with SLA and internal processes.

The role requires a proactive approach to client communication, task coordination, and process improvement, helping ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and manage ongoing relationships;
• Collect and clarify client requirements, translating business requests into tasks for internal teams;
• Create and manage tasks in Jira / Service Desk or similar task management systems;
• Monitor task progress, delivery timelines, and SLA compliance;
• Coordinate work between Product, Development, Support, and other departments;
