We are looking for an L1/L2 Support to join our team under the Team Lead Service Desk. This role is responsible for real-time monitoring and first-line incident response in a 24/7 shift model to maintain platform stability.

⚙️ Your Tasks:
 

• Monitoring & Detection: Continuously monitor system health via Grafana/Zabbix; identify anomalies and catch critical alerts;
• Triage & Response: Assess incident severity/impact, execute initial runbook actions, and escalate to L2/L3 teams when needed;
• Ticket Management: Create, update, and track incident tickets (Jira) with accurate timestamps and descriptions throughout their lifecycle;
• Runbook Execution: Perform standard operations (restarts, validation checks) and report any documentation gaps;
• Communication & Handover: Provide real-time updates in incident channels and ensure smooth shift handovers.

👤Our criteria:

Hard Skills:

• 1-2+ years of experience in Tech Support, NOC, or Production Support;
• Strong understanding of the incident lifecycle (Detection, Triage, Escalation, Closure);
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, New Relic) and ticketing systems (Jira SM);

• Basic understanding of Web applications, APIs, logs, metrics, and cloud infrastructure.

   

Soft Skills:

• Strict execution discipline and high attention to detail;
• Clear, concise communication and stress resilience during high-severity incidents;

• Full readiness for a 24/7 shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience in high-load environments (FinTech, Gaming, SaaS);
• Familiarity with alerting tools (PagerDuty / Opsgenie);

• Basic understanding of AWS / Kubernetes.

🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a powerhouse Lead of Business Development to lead our growth strategy and expand our footprint in the global iGaming market. You aren't just a strategist; you are a "hands-on" closer who understands the plumbing of the payments industry. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of partner acquisition—from scouting Tier-1 merchants to navigating the complexities of KYC/Compliance and ensuring a smooth "Go-Live."

⚙️ Your Tasks:

Market Expansion & Strategy:

• Identify and penetrate new geographic markets, selecting the optimal mix of Acquirers, Local Payment Methods (LPMs), and APMs for each region;

• Conduct deep-dive market analysis to stay ahead of PSP trends and competitor offerings.

   

End-to-End Sales & Partnership Management:

• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, high-level negotiations, and closing deals with Tier-1 iGaming operators;

• Negotiate complex commercial terms and legal contracts to ensure win-win partnerships.

   

Technical Onboarding & Coordination:

• Bridge the gap between the client and our internal teams;
• Manage the Onboarding/KYC process, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met without friction;

• Coordinate with technical teams to oversee API integrations and product setups.

   

Portfolio Optimization & Go-Live:

• Take full accountability for the "Go-Live" phase, including testing and initial volume monitoring;
• Continuously evaluate the performance of existing payment routes to maximize conversion rates for merchants.

👤Our criteria:

• Experience: 5+ years of Business Development experience within the Payments (PSP/Acquiring) or iGaming industry. Tier-1 company background is a significant plus;
• Industry Fluency: Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including gambling licenses (MGA, Curacao, etc.) and regulatory frameworks;
• Payment Expertise: Strong knowledge of card processing, alternative payment methods (e.g., Pix, UPI, Open Banking), and the technical flow of a transaction;
• Hands-on Execution: Proven track record of "working with your hands"—you have personally sourced providers, negotiated rates, and managed integrations;
• Compliance Savvy: Familiarity with high-risk merchant onboarding and the nuances of AML/KYC requirements;
• Networking: An existing "Rolodex" of contacts within the online casino/sportsbook industry is highly desirable;

• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages relevant to emerging markets are a plus. Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian.

In the position of Financial Manager of Payment Methods, you will communicate with representatives of providers in English, process large datasets, and participate in process automation.
 

Your tasks:

• Monthly filing of Payment Service Provider (PSP) reporting: Offloading cash flow data, transforming and preparing raw data for analysis.
• Finding and analyzing errors in PSP operation, and proposing solutions.
• Active communication with representatives of payment systems (confident English is required).
• Reconciliation of payment providers’ contractual terms and conditions with actual data.
• Filling and administering the knowledge base on payment providers.
• Participation in the automation of work with data from providers.
   

Our сriteria:

• Strong analytical skills in working with a large amount of data (analyzing cash flows within the framework of PSP, banking, and other financial structures).
• Experience in communicating with representatives of foreign companies in English.
• Advanced Excel user (Power Query, complex formulas, tables at the level of data filling automation). Creation of ready-made templates for adapting source data.
• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
• Knowledge and practice of English, at least at the intermediate level.
• Experience with PSPs (Payment Service Providers), and understanding their working principles for at least 1 year, will be an advantage.
