We are looking for a Payment Product Manager to join our Payment Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving integrations with third-party payment systems and providers to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient payment flows for our users.
You will work at the intersection of product, technology, and business — defining requirements, managing integrations, and ensuring a reliable and user-friendly payment experience across the platform.

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• Own and develop the payment product inside the cashier, focusing on usability, conversion, and stability.
• Define and prioritize product requirements for payment features based on business goals, user behavior, and data.
• Work closely with design and development teams on UX flows and cashier experience (deposit, withdrawal, confirmations, errors).

• Participate in testing and release validation, ensuring features work as expected from a user and product perspective.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (payments, finance, tech, business) to align priorities and roadmap.
• Support payment integrations at a product level (requirements, validation, acceptance), while technical implementation is handled by a dedicated specialist.

🎯 Role Overview:

We’re a small engineering team building and running a set of distributed backend services and real-time web applications. We’re looking for a developer first and foremost — someone who’s strong with backend and full-stack work and enjoys shipping. On top of that, we value T-shaped breadth: the ability to step beyond the codebase when needed — into deployment, server operations, and observability — rather than handing everything off. Development is the core of the job; the operational side is the valuable second dimension.

 

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• End-to-End Feature Delivery: Write clean, tested, and maintainable backend code (primarily within our core Elixir/Phoenix stack), owning features from concept to production;
• Look Beyond the Code (T-Shaped Approach): Reach past the application layer when needed—following issues into infrastructure, servers, or deployment pipelines to fix them yourself;
• Observability & System Monitoring: Work with Grafana, Prometheus, and log pipelines (Loki / Alloy) to understand production system behavior and investigate data-related issues;
• Server & Infrastructure Operations: Manage and configure Linux servers, Docker / Docker Compose, Nginx, deployment pipelines, and handle basic networking tasks;
• Cloudflare Administration: Manage DNS, Load Balancers, and Cache Rules to ensure platform stability, security, and performance;

• Support Contextual Tasks: Occasionally handle small, self-contained tasks in PHP when the business or legacy components require it.

   

👤 Our criteria:

Must-have:

• Solid Backend / Full-Stack Experience: A proven track record of shipping production code and a deep understanding of software engineering depth;
• Database & Code Quality: Strong comfort with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and a habit of writing highly tested, maintainable code;
• DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on familiarity with Docker and modern CI/CD-based deployment workflows.

🎯 Role Overview:

TrueLabel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Elixir/Phoenix Developer with a proven track record in building and scaling high-load, business-critical systems, ideally within the iGaming sector.
You will be a key contributor to our engineering team, driving the development, optimization, and deployment of robust backend services. Leveraging your expertise in Elixir, the Phoenix framework, event-driven architectures with Kafka, and modern cloud infrastructure, you will ensure our platform's scalability, resilience, and top-tier performance. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with strong architectural insights and a deep commitment to technical excellence.

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using PHP and the Laravel framework or Symfony;
• Lead the implementation and optimization of event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ for reliable data streaming and asynchronous processing in high-load environments;
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance through advanced caching strategies with Redis and other performance-enhancing techniques;

👤 Our criteria:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with significant experience in a senior or lead role within high-load, distributed systems;
• Expert-level proficiency with the Laravel framework or Symfony (would be a plus)
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for building and consuming event streams;
• Extensive experience with Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization;
• Strong understanding and practical experience with RabbitMQ (or other message brokers) for asynchronous task processing;
• Proven experience in the iGaming domain or other high-traffic, real-time transaction processing environments;

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Data and Business, with a strong focus on turning data into actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling product teams to make better decisions.

You will own the analytical framework behind product performance: from defining the right metrics and building a clear understanding of user behaviour to identifying growth opportunities, validating hypotheses and measuring the real business impact of product initiatives.

The goal is to create a scalable product analytics function that helps teams understand what drives player value, where the biggest opportunities are, and which initiatives actually move the business.

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• Build and own the Product Analytics strategy across the White Label platform, aligning analytical priorities with product and business goals.
• Develop a comprehensive product metrics framework covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization and player lifecycle.
• Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards that provide a clear view of product performance across brands, GEOs, player segments and lifecycle stages.
• Identify and quantify growth opportunities across key product and player metrics, including PAU, FTD/RD, retention, engagement, Bets Count, Bet AVG, game performance, payments and monetization.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, helping Product and other stakeholders understand the drivers behind performance rather than simply reporting what happened.
• Build a clear connection between product metrics and business outcomes, including GGR/NGR and other relevant commercial metrics.
• Establish a systematic approach to hypothesis validation, including experiment design, cohort analysis, A/B testing and causal analysis.
• Distinguish real product impact from external factors such as seasonality, player mix, RTP fluctuations, market dynamics and other confounding variables.
• Evaluate product initiatives and experiments based on incremental business impact, helping teams understand what works, why it works and where it can be scaled.
• Identify successful patterns across brands and GEOs and assess their potential for replication across the White Label ecosystem.
• Create a prioritised analytics and opportunity backlog, ensuring analytical resources are focused on the highest-impact business and product questions.
