As we continue to scale across multiple channels and serve a growing customer base, we are looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist to take ownership of our customer support technology ecosystem.

You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Zendesk, Shopify, and Siena AI infrastructure, proactively identifying issues before they impact customers, and building scalable systems that support long-term growth.

What you'll do:

CRM & Automation Management

• Own and optimize Zendesk and Shopify workflows, automations, tagging, and integrations.
• Improve support operations by reducing manual work and streamlining agent processes.
• Ensure accurate and reliable data flow between systems.

AI Support Systems (Siena AI)

• Monitor, test, and optimize AI performance and customer experience.
• Identify and resolve bugs, broken logic, and integration issues.
• Improve AI responses through prompt and knowledge base optimization.

Troubleshooting & System Reliability

• Investigate and resolve issues across Zendesk, Shopify, APIs, and AI platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative monitoring.

Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the main point of contact for AI and support technology vendors.
• Partner with Support, Marketing, Retention, and Operations teams to build scalable solutions.
• Drive system improvements, feature requests, and automation initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking support performance, AI quality, and automation effectiveness.
• Analyze trends and data to identify customer, product, and operational issues before they become larger problems.

What you bring:

Required Experience

• Strong experience in Zendesk administration.
• Experience working in e-commerce environments.
• Experience building workflows, automations, and support operations systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting.

Technical Skills

• Zendesk (Critical): Administration, Triggers, Automations, Macros, Integrations, Zendesk Explore.
• Shopify: Customer architecture, Orders and fulfillment flows, Tags and customer segmentation, Metafields.
• AI Platforms: Siena AI or similar AI customer support tools, Understanding of LLM behavior and prompt engineering.
• Data & QA: Root cause analysis, System testing, Data validation, Dashboard building.

• Knowledge of search techniques such as X-ray and Boolean search.
• A knack for building trust and connecting with even the toughest-to-reach talent.
• Comfort with cold outreach and the ability to make candidates feel excited about joining us.
• Strong communication and trust building skills with candidates.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2).

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Editor who understands that performance is the brief. This role is responsible for turning raw footage, creator content, production assets, existing ads, and other source material into compelling paid-social creative designed to acquire customers. 

You’ll work in a high-volume environment where editing decisions are informed by both creative judgment and performance data. The goal isn't simply to make one polished ad—it's to build, test, iterate, and continuously improve creative at scale. 

What You’ll Do 

• Edit high-performing video advertising for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social channels. 

• Transform raw creator and production footage into compelling direct-response advertising. 

• Develop multiple meaningful variations from concepts and source material. 

• Rapidly iterate on winning ads based on performance feedback. 

• Experiment with hooks, pacing, structure, visual storytelling, text treatments, CTAs, and other creative variables. 

• Work closely with Creative Strategists to translate briefs and hypotheses into finished ads. 

• Identify opportunities within existing footage and assets that may not have been explicitly requested in the original brief. 

• Adapt successful concepts into new formats and executions without simply creating minor variations of the same ad. 

• Maintain strong organization across project files, source footage, finished ads, and reusable creative assets. 

• Help improve workflows for locating, organizing, tagging, and reusing creative assets. 

• Collaborate with the broader creative team to improve production and post-production systems over time. 

• Stay current on editing styles, social formats, platform trends, and emerging creative technology. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 3+ years of professional video-editing experience, ideally within performance marketing, DTC/eCommerce, advertising, or high-volume social content. 

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional editing software. 

• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, retention, and direct-response advertising. 

• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing creative judgment or execution quality. 

• Comfortable receiving performance feedback and using it to inform subsequent edits. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

• Excellent attention to detail and file organization. 

• A portfolio demonstrating strong short-form advertising or social content.
