Trigger Neobank Engine is a powerful platform that enables banks, fintechs, and telcos to launch fully functional digital banking products — from retail to SME and corporate — up to 5x faster and at 10x lower cost.

As an Android Developer, you will:

• Work on highly configurable mobile banking applications
• Build reusable dynamic UI and business components
• Solve real-world fintech challenges like complex and highly customizable mobile components that are rendered in real-time

You will have full ownership of mobile delivery and collaborate closely with UI/UX, backend, product, and implementation teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement customizable, modular, scalable, and testable Mobile Interface Engine.
• Build elegant and functional user interface components following best UX and architecture practices
• Ensure application performance, stability, and security across all Android devices
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver dynamic components
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical leadership
• Continuously refine architecture, improve performance, and maintain a high-quality codebase
• Contribute to internal libraries and frameworks used across multiple projects

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on Android development experience (Kotlin + Java)
• Deep understanding of Android SDK, architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture), and Jetpack components
• Solid grasp of SOLID principles, dependency injection (Dagger/Hilt), and multithreading (Coroutines or RxJava)
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling edge cases in network-driven apps
• Proficiency in Git / Git Flow and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with UI development using complex component rendering, animations, and accessibility practices
• Experience developing server-side rendering is a strong advantage
• Experience working on Fintech or B2B apps (such as neobanks, wallets, or enterprise SaaS tools) is a strong advantage

🚀 Project

We are developing a highly configurable internal platform designed to orchestrate high-load workflows, event-driven processes, and data-intensive tasks at scale. This platform is built to be modular, fault-tolerant, horizontally scalable, and observable — and it needs a senior engineer who can build for that level of complexity from day one.

You’ll be a core contributor to the system’s architecture and work closely with our infrastructure, front-end, and product teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go
• Develop distributed services that communicate via Kafka and APIs
• Create fault-tolerant, scalable data pipelines and workflow processors
• Optimize performance at every level: memory, CPU, network, and IO
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team on Docker/K8s/AWS deployment strategies
• Work closely with product and frontend engineers to align backend logic with business goals
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and documentation
• Contribute to internal libraries, tooling, and engineering best practices
• Occasionally join technical calls with partners or clients (optional but appreciated)

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of backend development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Go development
• Strong experience with Kafka and Redis (mandatory)
• Experience working with ScyllaDB, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB in high-load contexts
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and message-driven architecture
• Solid grasp of microservices architecture, service discovery, and networking
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger)
• Strong testing habits (unit, integration, E2E)
• Proficiency in clean code principles, OOP, SOLID, and idiomatic Go
