    We are looking for a skilled and proactive SMM Manager to manage and grow our international and local social media channels — mainly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for APAC market. The role includes full responsibility for content planning, creation, posting, and audience growth, as well as coordination with content creators, designers, and media buyers. You’ll drive the overall performance of our social media presence — shaping how the brand connects with the new generation of traders: fast-thinking, Gen Z-driven.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience managing social media for international brands.
    • Proven record of growing and engaging audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
    • Experience in at least one of the following industries: tech, trading, fintech, crypto, igaming.
    • Strong understanding of content strategy, social media algorithms, and performance metrics - analytical tools.
    • Hands-on experience collaborating with designers, content creators (UGC), and media buyers. 
    • Confident written and verbal communication in English (B1 or higher).
       

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute content strategies that drive growth and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
    • Create and manage content calendars, oversee production, and ensure timely posting.
    • Coordinate with designers, local content creators (UGC), and media buyers to maintain a consistent and high-quality brand presence in social media.
    • Analyze performance data — engagement, audience growth, and reach — and generate insights to refine strategy.
    • Create content tailored to local audiences across APAC markets for Gen-Z.
    • Align all content with current brand goals, campaigns, and market trends, ensuring fast and relevant reactions to news and opportunities.
       

    Nice to have

    • Strong experience working with UGC content — from concept creation to content-creators haunting, production and performance tracking.
    • Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools.

    Description We are looking for a proactive and strategic Community Manager to build, grow, and manage our trader communities across APAC markets — developing strong, engaged spaces in Telegram, Discord, and local platforms such as Line. In this role, the manager will own the full community lifecycle, from strategy and growth to engagement, content, and conversion. This position will also evolve into managing local community moderators across key markets.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience managing online communities (Telegram, Discord and other platforms) for international brands
    • Experience in at least one of the following industries: trading, brokerage, crypto.
    • Strong understanding of community engagement mechanics, retention, and conversion funnels.
    • Proven experience in building, growing, and engaging communities from scratch or at scale.
    • Experience creating and managing community-focused content (announcements, discussions, activations, polls, events).
    • Confident written and verbal communication in English (B2 or higher)
    • Comfortable managing multiple communities and markets simultaneously.
    • Ability to manage local moderators and scale community operations over time.
    • Ability to work with community tools, bots, and analytics (Telegram bots, Discord tools, CRM or similar).
