Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in account management or partnerships in fintech / PSP / payments.
• Strong experience working with high-risk industries (gambling, betting, forex).
• Solid understanding of payment processing, APMs, card acquiring, and payment flows.
• Experience managing B2B clients and strategic accounts.
• Fluent English (written and spoken, Upper-Intermediate).
 

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Relations
• Manage and develop relationships with assigned B2B merchant accounts.
• Take ownership of strategic clients transferred from the Sales team.
• Build long-term partnerships and act as the main point of contact for merchants via written and verbal communication.

Merchant Growth & Payment Optimization
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate payment solutions from our product portfolio.
• Support merchant expansion by launching new payment methods and entering new GEOs.
• Develop growth strategies for key merchants and oversee performance plans.

Performance Monitoring
• Track payment metrics including volume, conversion rates.
• Analyze payment performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Operational Coordination
• Coordinate merchant onboarding and payment solution launches.
• Work closely with other departments ( Tech, Support, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal).
• Handle complex client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Commercial Development
• Prepare commercial proposals and participate in negotiations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Contribute to merchant retention and revenue growth.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Senior Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of strategic merchant relationships within the fintech / payments space.

This role is focused on managing and growing existing B2B merchant accounts, supporting merchant performance, expanding payment solutions, and acting as a key partner for clients across operational, commercial, and strategic matters.

 The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management within PSP / acquiring / payment environments, understands the logic of high-risk industries, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional international environment.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience working with high-risk industries, such as:

• Analyze merchant performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Work with internal teams to improve account efficiency and payment results

• Coordinate merchant onboarding and payment solution launches
• Ensure smooth cross-functional cooperation with:
