You'll create content and run marketing projects for ThingsBoard — an open-source IoT platform used by developers and companies worldwide. You'll work in a small marketing team and own your work end-to-end, from idea to published piece to results. Expect variety — blog, email, web, social, webinars — and a genuinely technical product worth understanding. A good fit if you like doing the work yourself, figuring out how things actually work, and seeing projects through to the finish.

Requirements:

• Understanding of basic digital marketing (channels, metrics, funnel)
• Experience in content creation
• Ability to manage projects and see them through to completion independently

• Upper-Intermediate English

   

Responsibilities:

• Create content across formats: blog posts, emails, web copy, social media
• Run marketing projects end-to-end — brief, coordinate contributors, launch, report (webinars, collaborations, feature launches)
• Keep the content calendar moving
• Plan and send email campaigns, and track how they perform
• Watch the numbers on your activities, explain what worked, and suggest what to try next

Will be a plus:

• B2B experience
• Background in tech (IT / IoT / hardware / dev tools)
• Experience with webinars, collaborations, or media
• Basic SEO and comfort with analytics (GA4 / GSC)
• You use AI tools to work faster

You'll grow and manage part of the ThingsBoard partner ecosystem — hardware vendors and creators/affiliates. The role mixes relationship-building, hands-on coordination, and enough technical curiosity to understand how partners' devices connect to the platform. You'll work closely with the marketing team and a technical specialist. A good fit if you enjoy building long-term relationships, aren't put off by technical detail, and like turning a loose process into a working one.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B partnerships — any kind (programs, alliances, channel, business development)
• Willingness to dig into the technical side of IoT connectivity — protocols, device types, integrations — without being put off by the detail
• Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new hardware partners, including the technical side of integrating their devices (with support from a technical specialist)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
• Coordinate co-marketing activities with the marketing team
• Grow the affiliate network — find potential affiliates and run outreach
• Set up and automate how we work with affiliates

Will be a plus:

• Technical background or technical education
• Experience in IoT, hardware, telecommunications, or industrial sectors
• Experience working with international partners

We are currently looking for a Junior Python Developer who will maintain, update, and advance the company's Python-based products, including the Gateway, Python SDK, REST Client, and Micro/CircuitPython SDK. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both software and embedded concepts, driving the evolution of our IoT solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Good knowledge of Python 3.10+
• Experience with asyncio
• Experience with threading
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP, UDP, OSI, TLS/SSL)
• Experience with SQLite
• Experience with Docker
• Proficient Linux user
• Knowledge of Git + GitHub
• Knowledge and experience with HTTP + REST protocols

• Intermediate English level + readiness to join client calls if needed

   

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development, updates, and maintenance of the company's Python-based solutions (Gateway, Python SDK, REST Client, as well as Micro/CircuitPython SDK for embedded devices).
• Analyze, handle, and resolve technical issues from users. Gradually progressing from simple tasks to independently solving complex technical problems.
• Design, propose, and independently implement new features for the IoT Gateway.
• Configure connectivity and integrate various IoT devices into the platform, working with industrial and network protocols.
• Monitor, analyze network traffic, and debug protocols using testing tools.
• Collaborate with the team to solve architectural tasks and communicate directly with English-speaking clients (written in issues and via calls when necessary).

• Actively learn the platform's internal architecture (ThingsBoard, Gateway), new IoT protocols, and embedded concepts; analyze documentation and technical sources to tackle daily challenges.

   

Nice to have:

• Experience with MicroPython / CircuitPython
• Experience with MQTT
• Experience with or knowledge of Modbus, OPC-UA protocols

• Experience with Wireshark
