You will start by coordinating basic tasks, then progress to independently managing clients and controlling processes after adaptation. Responsibilities

• Assisting the Account Manager with current project execution and documentation flow.
• Regular sync-ups with clients and correspondence management.
• Arranging timelines for transition to Cloud infrastructure and collecting necessary data for the service/finance teams.
• Participation in technical team activity planning and resource allocation.
• Maintaining client profiles and reports for the assigned client portfolio.
• Initiating upsell opportunities when appropriate.

Requirements

• English (B2+): Ability to conduct free-flowing oral and written communication, and explain complex matters simply.
• Self-Reliance: High level of responsibility and ability to work effectively without constant supervision.
• Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, ability to handle reporting and planning.
• Communication Skills: Readiness for active and constructive interaction with clients and teams.

Will be a plus

• Experience 1 year in Project or Account Management.
• Basic understanding of Cloud technologies.

We’re seeking a high-agency Product Designer to own the end-to-end UI/UX lifecycle—from hypothesis and rapid prototyping to production-ready deliverables and working with design system. The core mandate is to uplevel the user experience with a strong emphasis on data visualization (dashboards, charts, maps, infographics).

Work format: office in Kyiv (Podil).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design cycle: from initial hypotheses and rapid prototypes to production-ready deliverables.
• Design data-intensive interfaces and visualizations (dashboards, charts, maps), ensuring clear readability and handling of all states (empty/error/loading).
• Evolve the design system/UI kit and build scalable component architecture within Figma.
• Create adaptive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, product, and other design team members.
• Conduct basic design research, usability testing, and design reviews.
• As needed: Design merchandise and visuals for social media/website.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in a product team.
• Proven ability to design data visualization tools (dashboards, charts, maps, infographics).
• Solid knowledge of Figma, including advanced features (auto-layout, scalable components, prototyping).
• Experience maintaining and working with robust design systems/UI-kits.
• Experience creating adaptive UI for web and mobile, with knowledge of Material Design.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design methodologies and processes.
• English level — Intermediate.

Nice to Have

• Basic animation skills.
• Merch design skills, including experience with print design requirements.

🔥Чим Ви будете займатися?

Ваша роль буде зосереджена на перетворенні сирих даних на цінні інсайти, що керуватимуть продуктовими рішеннями.

• Моніторинг показників продукту, аналіз тенденцій та змін, пошук причин змін показників.
• Проведення Ad-hoc досліджень.
• Пошук точок зростання продукту.
• Написання SQL-запитів для метрик продукту (наприклад, retention, conversion).
• Побудова та розвиток системи звітності та дашбордів у Metabase та інших ВІ-інструментах.
• Аналіз впливу нових фіч або редизайну на поведінку користувачів.

• Ініціювання та проведення А/В тестів

   

🧠Що ми очікуємо від Вас?

• Практичні навички SQL (JOIN, GROUP BY, підзапити).
• Вміння працювати з Metabase або аналогами.
• Розуміння продуктових метрик SaaS бізнесу та логіки воронок (retention, conversion, activation, LTV, CAC).
• Python на базовому рівні.
• Здатність логічно мислити і формулювати гіпотези.
• Розуміння роботи з ВІ-інструментами.
