We’re seeking a high-agency Product Designer to own the end-to-end UI/UX lifecycle—from hypothesis and rapid prototyping to production-ready deliverables and working with design system. The core mandate is to uplevel the user experience with a strong emphasis on data visualization (dashboards, charts, maps, infographics).
Work format: office in Kyiv (Podil).
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design cycle: from initial hypotheses and rapid prototypes to production-ready deliverables.
- Design data-intensive interfaces and visualizations (dashboards, charts, maps), ensuring clear readability and handling of all states (empty/error/loading).
- Evolve the design system/UI kit and build scalable component architecture within Figma.
- Create adaptive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, product, and other design team members.
- Conduct basic design research, usability testing, and design reviews.
- As needed: Design merchandise and visuals for social media/website.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in a product team.
- Proven ability to design data visualization tools (dashboards, charts, maps, infographics).
- Solid knowledge of Figma, including advanced features (auto-layout, scalable components, prototyping).
- Experience maintaining and working with robust design systems/UI-kits.
- Experience creating adaptive UI for web and mobile, with knowledge of Material Design.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design methodologies and processes.
- English level — Intermediate.
Nice to Have
- Basic animation skills.
- Merch design skills, including experience with print design requirements.
