     We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team!

    Requirements:
    Good knowledge of main testing theory.
    Experience with UI and API (REST) testing.
    Experience in working with bug-tracking systems (Jira).
    Experience in writing test documentation (checklist, test case, user story).

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases.
    Conduct thorough manual testing of web applications to identify bugs and issues.
    Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
    Report, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools.

    Nice to Have:
    1 year of real working experience in testing web applications.
    Experience or understanding of mobile application testing principles (iOS / Android).
    Basic knowledge of GitHub.
    Familiarity with PostgreSQL database, SQL queries.
    Ability to read and understand the logs.
    Basic command-line skills in Linux environments.

    • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and clients;
    • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
    • Ability to multitask;
    • Strong understanding of product management, mapping business goals to current tasks;
    • Strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills;
    • Proficiency in requirement analysis, effort estimation, project scheduling, risk, and change management;
    • Skill of understanding customer needs;
    • Understanding of the concept of "user experience";
    • Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements;
    • Understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to ensure deliverables meet specified standards;
    • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams;
    • Well organized, attention to details;
    • Upper intermediate English, both spoken and written;


    What will you do:
     

    • Communicate with the client: collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical needs and business objectives, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables;
    • Determine methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) that best fit a given project;
    • Implement and support all necessary processes to ensure efficient project management;
    • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within the scope;
    • Implement and support proper project life-cycle processes and workflows;
    • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project;
    • Communicate project status to all participants;
    • Create and maintain project documentation ;
    • Create project status reports for project stakeholders/clients;
    • Perform 1×1 sessions with team members;
    • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the stakeholders throughout the project life cycle;
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
    • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings (if needed)

    ThingsBoard Inc. is a product-based IT company developing an open-source IoT platform used by clients around the globe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our Sales team and improve communication with leads.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handling incoming leads received through the chatbot, analyzing their inquiries, and providing relevant responses via email based on client needs.
    • Improving communication workflows by creating and maintaining a library of templated responses for common customer inquiries.
    • Supporting the interaction between potential clients and the Sales team by coordinating smooth and timely introductions.
    • Managing and organizing the sales funnel — from initial contact to the pre-sales engagement stage.
    • Analyzing lead behavior and identifying opportunities for further engagement and follow-up communication.
       

    Our ideal candidate:

    • Has at least 1 year of relevant experience (sales manager, customer support, etc.).
    • Upper-Intermediate English or higher - written communication with clients is a part of the daily workflow.
    • Has hands-on experience working with CRM systems.
    • Can write clearly, professionally, and convincingly in English.
    • Has previous B2B communication experience, especially with cold leads.
    • Understands the use of AI tools to automate or enhance productivity.
    • Feels comfortable performing routine tasks and supporting operational processes.
