We are an international B2B QA company helping businesses test their digital products and payment experiences across global markets.

We work with a worldwide network of local testers who perform real-world testing using their own devices and locally available payment methods.

We are expanding our international tester network and looking for a proactive Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist who can independently find, recruit, and onboard reliable testers across different countries.

Your Responsibilities

• Research and recruit local testers in different countries, including challenging markets.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Upwork, Facebook, Telegram, job boards, local communities, and other channels.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies for hard-to-reach locations.
• Contact candidates, conduct initial screening, and evaluate their suitability.
• Organize short introductory calls and explain the work opportunities.
• Guide candidates through registration and onboarding.
• Coordinate initial paid test assignments and collect quality feedback.
• Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
• Continuously improve recruitment speed, onboarding quality, and conversion rates.

What We Expect

• Experience in international recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong online research and candidate sourcing skills.
• Confidence communicating with people from different countries and cultures.
• Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment pipelines.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with recruitment trackers, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting freelancers, contractors, or gig workers.
• Experience building international talent networks.
• Familiarity with Upwork or similar freelancer platforms.
• Experience recruiting candidates in emerging markets.

Compensation

Up to $2,000 per month:

• $1,500 fixed monthly salary
• Up to $500 monthly performance bonus based on recruitment speed, successful onboarding, and tester quality.

Performance is measured by how quickly suitable testers are recruited, how many successfully complete onboarding, and the quality of their initial assignments.

We value reliable, active testers — not simply the number of contacts collected.

What We Offer

• Fully remote, long-term position.
• Stable monthly compensation with performance incentives.
• Opportunity to work with an international team.
• Independence in choosing recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.
• Clear responsibilities, measurable goals, and room for professional growth.

How to Apply

Please include brief answers to the following questions:

1. What experience do you have recruiting candidates internationally?
2. Which platforms and sourcing methods do you typically use?
3. How would you recruit 5 reliable local testers in a challenging market such as Iraq, Senegal, or Brazil?
4. How do you verify candidate suitability and maintain onboarding quality?
5. What is your English proficiency level, and when could you start?

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete process — from finding a candidate to getting their first paid assignment successfully completed.
