About us

We build and operate Roblox games as a business. We move fast, ship often, and let data decide what lives and what gets cut. Our workflow is AI-native: we use agents, our own tools, MCP integrations with Roblox Studio and internal analytics to build faster than a traditional studio. We just received pre-seed funding from a big publisher and we are ready to scale.

The mission

Build a production pipeline that takes a game from idea to live, and from live to scaled, with as little manual work as possible. A small team with the right tools should ship what a large studio ships.

You’ll own that pipeline and the games that run through it.

What you’ll do

• Run and grow the live games. Take ownership of current live titles from day one: monitor CCU, retention (D1/D7/D30), session length, conversion and ARPDAU, and decide what to update, rebalance or sunset. Keep growth moving while you build the new pipeline.
• Produce new games end to end. Take concepts from prototype to launch: scope, milestones, playtests, release and post-launch iteration.
• Build the AI production stack. Develop and refine the tooling around Roblox Studio, including MCP servers, agent workflows for Luau scripting, UI, level and content generation, and automated testing and QA.
• Manage the in-game economy. Design and tune monetization (game passes, developer products, progression and sinks) with a clear view of unit economics.
• Own internal analytics. Maintain dashboards and tracking for game KPIs, so every decision starts from numbers and not from guesses.
• Lead the people. Coordinate scripters, designers, builders and artists, and raise their output with better tools and clearer priorities.
• Experiment constantly. Test new genres, mechanics and loops quickly, kill the losers early and double down on the winners.
• Document the playbook. Turn what works into a repeatable process, so each next game ships faster than the last.

Who you are

• Proactive. You spot problems before they’re reported, build the fix and show the result.
• Hands-on experience producing or shipping Roblox games, or comparable live mobile or casual games, with real results to show.
• Strong understanding of game economies and live ops: retention, progression, monetization and balance.
• Technically fluent: you can read Luau, work with APIs and data, and you’re comfortable with Roblox Studio and its tooling.
• Already working with LLMs and agents in your daily work, and curious about MCP, tool use and automation.
• Good at prioritizing: you can cut scope, protect deadlines and keep a small team focused.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience with fast-cycle Roblox genres such as simulators, tycoons and incremental or idle games.
• Experience building internal tools or automation pipelines for game development.
• Background in game design or Luau scripting.
• Experience managing small, distributed teams or freelancers.

About us

We build and grow consumer utility apps monetized through subscriptions. Paid acquisition is our main growth engine, and we run it on our own tooling: internal analytics, custom MCP servers, and automation layers on top of ad platforms and app store data.

The mission

Polish a system that can launch and scale any app vertical 99% automated: creatives, campaign setup, budget allocation, optimization, reporting, and decisions about what to kill or scale. Humans set direction and handle the exceptions. Software does everything else.

You’ll be the person who makes that real.

What you’ll do

• Design and build the marketing automation stack end to end: campaign management, creative production and testing loops, bidding and budget logic, and anomaly detection.
• Develop and maintain our internal analytics: cohort LTV, payback, retention and subscription metrics, and unit economics per app, channel and creative.
• Extend our MCP servers and agent workflows so that AI can operate ad accounts, read performance data and act on it safely.
• Remove bottlenecks. Wherever a person is doing repetitive work, such as buying, reporting or creative iteration, turn it into a tool.
• Run experiments constantly: new channels, new approaches, new automation ideas. Kill the losers fast and scale the winners.
• Work with media buyers and app developers so tools fit how the team actually works. Over time, raise the amount of spend each buyer can manage.
• Define the playbook for launching a new vertical, then productize it.

Run and grow the live campaigns

You’ll take ownership of our current live campaigns from day one and keep growth moving while you build the automation. 

• Monitor performance of live campaigns daily: spend, CPI, trial-to-paid, ROAS and payback by app, channel and creative.
• Make scale, hold or kill decisions on campaigns and creatives, and keep spend growing without letting unit economics slip.
• Keep media buyers supported and unblocked, and review their results.
• Make sure nothing breaks while you automate: tracking, attribution, ad account health, and budgets pacing correctly.

Who you are

• Proactive. You don’t wait for tasks. You spot the bottleneck, build the fix and show the result.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing for mobile apps (Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar) and a real understanding of how traffic turns into profit.
• Fluent in subscription metrics: trial-to-paid, churn, LTV, ROAS, payback.
• Already using LLMs and agents in your work, and curious about MCP, tool use and agentic workflows.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. You can take a vague goal like “automate this” and turn it into a working system.
• Able to explain trade-offs clearly to non-engineers.
• Experience with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular), SKAN and subscription analytics (RevenueCat/AppHud).

Nice to have

• Prior work building internal tools at a performance-marketing or app studio.
• Experience with creative automation, such as generative video and image pipelines.
• Experience scaling a team or a function from zero.
