Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads
• Experience working with high-risk / scheme traffic

We're looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying / Team Lead with a proven track record in scaling iOS utility apps operating on a subscription-based business model.

We're not just looking for a media buyer—we're looking for someone who understands the market, makes data-driven decisions, and is ready to lead and grow the entire acquisition direction.

📍 Location: Cyprus (or mandatory relocation after the probation period).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for iOS utility apps.
• Launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with subscription-based monetization models.
• Make data-driven decisions based on cohort analysis and key product metrics.
• Test new traffic sources, GEOs, and acquisition hypotheses.

• Build efficient processes and share expertise within the team.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying.
• Recent hands-on experience with iOS utility applications.
• Strong expertise in subscription-based products.
• Solid experience running and scaling campaigns through Facebook Ads.
• Strong understanding of the following metrics:
  • Cost per Trial
  • Cost per Subscription
  • LTV
  • Retention
  • Cohort Analysis
• Practical experience with AppsFlyer.
• Good understanding of Apphud.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proactive mindset, ownership, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand why campaigns succeed or fail.
