Project Overview

You will be working on one of the first licensed digital asset banks powered by Blockchain.
The product enables a simplified and secure process for capital raising, allowing companies and investors to:

• Create and manage digital assets
• Launch and manage offerings
• Buy, trade, and earn crypto assets

Our team is responsible for delivering one of the core services of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the team to build and evolve a mobile application
• Develop a new mobile app using React Native and Expo, ensuring scalability and maintainable architecture
• Improve and extend application functionality, including payment processing optimization
• Implement pixel-perfect UI based on provided designs
• Participate in planning, discovery, and implementation of new features
• Own features end-to-end: development, testing, and documentation

• Ensure high-quality, stable, and well-tested deliverables

   

Requirements

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of modern React patterns and state management (e.g. Zustand, Jotai Toolkit)
• Experience with React Query or similar server-state libraries
• Experience with React Navigation or Expo Router
• Understanding of secure storage solutions and basic mobile security concepts
• Familiarity with Expo modules and config plugins (optional but appreciated)
• Ability to work with native modules and basic Xcode / Android Studio configuration
• Good understanding of unit and integration testing for React Native apps
• Strong sense of ownership and high quality standards

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or financial applications
• Experience with enterprise-level CI/CD for mobile

We’re entering a significant growth phase and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Lead to help scale our commercial engine.
 

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with the founders.
You’ll own full-cycle sales, shape go-to-market strategy, and—once repeatability is proven—build and lead sales, marketing, and pre-sales functions.

This is not a presentation-only role. It’s about closing deals, building momentum, and creating a scalable revenue system—with meaningful upside.
 

What You’ll Do

• Own pipeline and revenue for nearshore teams and solution delivery services across EU and US markets
• Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution shaping, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build partner and channel motions where relevant (ISVs, consultancies, cloud partners)
• Collaborate closely with delivery leaders to create credible estimates, roadmaps, and SOWs
• Set up and refine CRM, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decisions
• Define positioning, pricing, and sales collateral together with marketing; ensure strong message–market fit
• Establish reference customers and case studies; systematize win/loss feedback loops
• Hire, mentor, and lead a small BD / marketing / pre-sales team as growth milestones are reached
   

What Success Looks Like

First 90 days

• Clear ICP definition and messaging
• Active outbound sequences live
• ≥3× pipeline coverage on first-quarter target
• Predictable forecasting cadence in place

• Repeatable proposal and SOW templates

What You Bring

• 3–6 years of experience selling software outsourcing, nearshore, or custom product engineering services
• Proven track record of quota attainment and closing complex, multi-stakeholder service deals
• Strong network among EU and/or US buyers (Product, Engineering, CTO, Procurement)
• Deep consultative selling skills: uncovering business pain, shaping solutions, and negotiating commercial terms
• Experience working closely with delivery and engineering teams on pricing and deal structures (T&M, dedicated teams, fixed scope)
• Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
   

Nice to Have

• Experience in adtech, data & analytics, fintech, SaaS, MarTech, or cloud modernization
• Background in building early GTM playbooks (ICP, sequences, collateral, KPIs)
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce, proposal automation, and RFP/RFI processes

Our client is an Icelandic energy company providing electricity, geothermal water, cold water, carbon storage, and optic networks.

We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong technical troubleshooting skills to support and maintain the operational stability of the data warehouse and data pipelines.

You will be part of the Data Engineering team and primarily handle incoming 2nd-line support tickets related to task failures, timeouts, execution errors, and data inconsistencies in scheduled processes.
The role ensures that daily operational data flows run reliably and that incidents are triaged and resolved efficiently.
 

Tech stack:
MS SQL Server, Azure / Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft BI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS – OLAP & Tabular), TimeXtender, exMon

🧩 We Provide You with the Following Challenges

• Troubleshooting failed scheduled tasks (ETL pipelines that time out, fail on specific datasets, or produce partial/incomplete outputs)
• Investigating recurring timeout issues in ETL jobs (e.g. exMon timeouts during data extraction from in-house systems)
• Resolving warnings raised by the monitoring system (exMon)
• Identifying and escalating data quality inconsistencies (e.g. discrepancies in SCADA data, mismatches in business-critical tables)
• Running or re-running failed jobs when appropriate
• Correcting configuration issues in pipeline parameters, schedule triggers, or source/target connections
• Cooperating closely with the on-site team (status meetings, sprint planning, etc.)
• Collaborating closely with the Data Engineering Team Lead on prioritization and escalations
• Updating Jira tickets in English with clear problem descriptions and resolutions
• Gradually taking on more data engineering tasks in addition to support responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
• 3+ years of experience working with DWH solutions and data pipelines
• Strong SQL debugging skills (preferably MS SQL Server)
• Experience with ETL / ELT workflows (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, custom pipelines, or similar)
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts (fact tables, dimensions, staging layers)
• Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and resolve configuration or code-level issues
• Experience with job scheduling and monitoring systems (exMon or equivalent tools)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
