● Find companies with active eCommerce job openings through LinkedIn, job boards, company career pages, and other relevant sources.
● Identify and build relationships with founders, Heads of HR, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
● Conduct cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
● Develop long-term relationships with prospective clients and identify their hiring needs.
● Book qualified meetings with our Head of Recruiting.

Later - The third stage
● Manage the full sales cycle, from the first contact through contract signing.
● Introduce and sell additional Talents Boutique services to existing clients.
● Stay in regular contact with current and former clients to generate repeat business.
● Maintain accurate CRM records and meet established KPIs.

💰 Compensation Structure
The examples below are based on an average deal value of $2,500 and a 35% close rate. Actual earnings will depend on the number of qualified meetings, closed deals, and repeat sales.

Stage 1: First Two Months — Appointment Setting
During the first two months, your primary responsibility will be booking qualified meetings.

Compensation:
● $500 monthly base
● $20 for every qualified meeting booked
● 5% commission on every sale generated from your meetings
By the end of the first two months, the minimum expected KPI is 20 qualified meetings per month, or approximately one meeting per workday.
With 20 meetings per month and a 35% close rate, estimated monthly earnings can reach approximately $1,775.

Stage 2: Appointment Setting After the First Two Months
After the initial two-month period, compensation will include:
● $20 for every qualified meeting booked
● 5% commission on every sale generated from your meetings
● No monthly base

At the minimum KPI of 20 meetings per month and a 35% close rate, estimated monthly earnings can reach approximately $1,275.
At 60 meetings per month, or approximately three meetings per workday, estimated monthly earnings can reach approximately $3,825.
At this stage, your earning potential depends directly on the number and quality of the meetings you generate.

Stage 3: Appointment Setting and Closing Sales
This stage is optional and available to team members who would like to advance, complete our internal training, and take responsibility for both booking meetings and conducting sales consultations.

Compensation:
● 10% commission on every new-client sale
● 5% commission on every repeat sale to an existing client
● No monthly base
● No additional payment per meeting
With approximately three meetings per workday and a 35% close rate, monthly earnings can reach $5,000 or more.

 This is a builder role, not an operator role. DTC is near zero today, TikTok Shop is already generating consistent revenue, although margins are currently in the low single digits.
