We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to detailed client requests. In this role, you’ll guide each file through a defined process: establish what information is needed, make sure the paperwork is correct, and keep the case moving until it is closed.

Much of the working day involves forms, records, follow-ups, and deadlines. You’ll also communicate with clients and the people handling different stages of their requests. Training on the company’s Irish services and procedures is provided.
 

Requirements

Two or more years in a position where processing client files and paperwork was a regular part of the job.

Responsibilities

Oversee each assigned file from the first client contact through its final steps.
Determine which details and supporting papers are needed, then obtain them from the client.
Review submitted materials, flag discrepancies, and follow up on anything incomplete.
Enter information into forms and check submissions before they move forward.
Keep the CRM current with case notes, correspondence, progress, and upcoming actions.
Monitor due dates and make sure open items receive timely follow-up.
Work with colleagues and outside providers on incorporation, bookkeeping and accounting, tax, or compliance matters.
Tell clients what is happening with their requests and what they need to do next.
Draft quotes, proposals, and other documents sent to clients.
Help resolve issues within company procedures and introduce other relevant services when appropriate.

📈 Tool Integration & Performance Tracking

✅ Requirements

💼 2–3 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience 

🔎 Strong understanding of Amazon Ads and Sponsored Ads

⚙️ Experience working with Amazon Ads Manager / Campaign Manager

📚Strong understanding of keyword targeting and match types, Auto & Manual campaigns, Search Term Reports, negative keywords, bidding and budget management, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, campaign structure and optimization

📈Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

📑Comfortable working with large amounts of campaign data

⚙️Experience with Helium 10 is strongly preferred

🤖Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini

🙋Ability to work independently without detailed step-by-step instructions

• Досвід розвитку бренду на Amazon: масштабування продажів, управління життєвим циклом товарів та оптимізація бізнес-показників.
• Досвід запуску нових продуктів: аналіз ніші, оцінка unit-економіки, підготовка запуску та виведення SKU на ринок.
• Forecasting & Inventory Management: прогнозування продажів, планування закупівель, управління залишками та уникнення stock-out або надлишкового складування.

• Покращувати лістинги (контент, A+ Content, Brand Story, конверсія).
• Аналізувати конкурентів, ринок та знаходити перспективні ніші для запуску нових товарів.
• Проводити повний цикл запуску нових SKU: від аналізу потенціалу продукту до виробництва, доставки та старту продажів.
• Планувати закупівлі та прогнозувати продажі, забезпечуючи оптимальний рівень запасів.
• Контролювати виробництво, міжнародну логістику та поставки на Amazon FBA.
• Відстежувати ключові бізнес-метрики (Sessions, CVR, Ordered Units, Ratings, Price Changes, Margin тощо).
