🎯 Ваші задачі:

• Пошук та залучення IT-компаній (product / outsourcing / startups)
• Outbound через LinkedIn та email
• Вихід на decision makers (CEO, Founder, Head of HR, CTO)
• Організація кваліфікованих intro-дзвінків
• Ведення базової звітності по лідах

💰 Модель винагороди:

✔ за перші 3 кваліфікований дзвінки по 100 EUR
✔ далі усі дзвінки по 200 EUR або змога перейти до нас на full-time та отримувати ставку.
✔ +15% від нашої комісії за кожну успішно закриту вакансію, це десь від 500 до 2000 EUR.🔥 
✔ Вам з одного клієнта на рік, реально заробити від 15000 до 30000 EUR 🔥
залежно від того:
1) На який відсоток ми його підписали
2) Кількість квакансій в компанії
 

Кваліфікований дзвінок =

• Компанія відповідає нашому ICP
• Є реальна потреба в наймі
• Розмова з decision maker
• Обговорюється співпраця з агентством

Всі умови прозорі. Виплати після отримання оплати від клієнта.
