This role owns the entire SAR system: from raw radar returns to deployable airborne payloads and production-ready processing pipelines. You will lead RF, SAR algorithm, and software teams, working closely with the founders in a small, high-impact environment.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary Radar Payload Team working on radar payload and downlink data systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in electronics or RF design who can combine technical credibility, people leadership, and end-to-end project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of 5+ engineers across the full development lifecycle of radar payload and downlink data systems.
• Manage and mentor engineers from junior level to highly experienced staff-level experts, with a particular focus on developing Electronics and RF engineering talent.
• Take ownership of project timelines, planning, schedules, and resource allocation across complex hardware development programs.

About the role

We are looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer with strong understanding of both backend and frontend development.

The company has projects based on .NET as well as JavaScript / TypeScript technologies. The ideal candidate does not need to be equally strong in every technology, but should have solid engineering fundamentals and be able to understand how backend and frontend parts work together.

You will be involved in supporting and improving the existing ERP/business platform, developing new features, working on integrations, and participating in technical discussions for new projects.

Compensation

The salary range is €2,000–€3,800 gross per month, depending on experience and interview results.

The company is also open to discussing a gradual salary increase during the first 6 months. Annual salary indexation is available.
