Our mission
We develop an AI-powered conversational platform for the dating industry. The company is profitable, growing fast, and our technology is already used internationally, with strong potential for further expansion.

Your role
You will improve our platform, prioritize client needs, manage the product roadmap, and support the tech team (6 people, 2 developers). You will be the main point of contact for our B2B clients, handle feedback, and oversee new feature releases. Participation in international events (approx. 10 days/year).

Key responsibilities

• Gather and formalize client and prospect requirements
• Define, test, and deliver product improvements with the dev team
• Drive the product roadmap, manage testing, and set priorities
• Support our B2B clients and ensure high service quality
• Contribute to strategic thinking and business development
• Represent the company at international trade shows and events

Your profile

• A few years’ experience in project, product, or software development roles
• Strong technical curiosity : able to understand AI logic, prompt engineering, analytics, etc.
• Excellent analytical and logical skills
• Fluent English (essential), French or other languages (Russian, Ukrainian, etc.) are a plus
• Autonomous, proactive, no micro-management culture

• 100% remote, Central European Time zone (9am–6pm, some flexibility)
• Freelance contract, but we’re looking for a long-term fit (very low turnover in the team)
