We're hiring a Senior Affiliate Lead to take full ownership of our affiliate direction. Two mandates: first, fix what we have; second, turn it into a network. Our products are SaaS — building a network on top of them is the logical next step, and you're the one who does it.

This isn't partner management. It's ownership of a channel end-to-end.

🔥 What You'll Do

Task #1 — Audit & fix the current program. Take everything we run today and put it in order: offers, creatives, partners, payout system. Find why we're not scaling and ship a clear fix.

Task #2 — Build the network. Convert the program into a full affiliate network from the ground up: structure, onboarding, offer distribution, economics.

Ongoing:

• Offers & funnels — rework existing offers and sales funnels to market demand; brief creative on high-converting banners, landers, and promo assets.
• Partnerships — onboard top-tier partners (direct affiliates, webmasters, networks); build long-term win-win relationships, not transactions.
• Traffic & economics — own traffic quality and fraud control; optimize across CPA / RevShare / CPS against CPA, ROI, LTV.

• Testing — new GEOs, sources, and partner-acquisition angles.

   

✅ What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in affiliate marketing, with hands-on experience in both an affiliate program and an affiliate network.
• Proven track record building, restructuring, or scaling affiliate programs or networks.
• Must-have: existing network of affiliate contacts (direct or network deals) and immediate access to scalable traffic.
• Ownership — you treat the channel as your own business, not a task list.
• Funnel expertise — read conversion data, spot offer weaknesses, write clear design/copy briefs.
• Data-driven problem solver — see the business bottleneck behind the numbers.
• Strong negotiation — pitch offers to top partners, close exclusive terms.

• English B2+ (negotiations and business correspondence).

We're hiring a hands-on PPC Lead to take full ownership of our paid acquisition. Emphasis on hands-on: you're in the accounts yourself — auditing, diagnosing, and buying media with your own hands — not managing people who do it for you.

We're in an active rebuild of the channel, so we need an operator, not an overseer: someone who spots what's underperforming without being asked, ships the fix, scales what works, and sees the next strategic move before it's obvious. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our analysts and own the direction end-to-end.

🔥 What You'll Do

• Own the accounts, hands-on. Personally audit and run buying across Google Ads and Meta first, then Bing, TikTok, Pinterest, and other networks as needed. You're in the accounts daily, not reading dashboards about them.
• Find problems before we ask. Spot what's broken or leaking, call it out, and ship the fix — without waiting for direction.
• Scale what works. Take winning campaigns from hand-bought to scaled, across channels and budgets.
• Launch new products. Build acquisition engines for new tech products from scratch while scaling the core B2C offerings.
• Co-own the data. Work directly with our analysts on raw data and the full user journey — write precise briefs for BI/data engineering (attribution, cohorts, custom conversions, server-side/CAPI) and use the output to drive real decisions.
• Decide on real economics. Go past in-platform metrics — LTV, CAC, ROAS, cohort retention, true margin.
• Test systematically. New channels, placements, bidding, audiences, landers, creative concepts.
• Brief creative. Partner with design and copy on high-converting video/visual assets for TikTok, Meta, Pinterest.

• Own the budget. Allocate and scale six-figure monthly spend for profit, not vanity reach.

   

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years hands-on PPC / performance marketing, proven in B2C tech.
• Actually hands-on. You buy media yourself, live in the accounts, and can walk into any account and diagnose it fast. Not someone who delegates and reports up.
• Owns the direction. You build initiatives independently — no step-by-step guidance, no waiting to be assigned a problem.
• Sees their own mistakes. Intellectual honesty over polish. You name what's not working — yours included — and fix it. No corporate talk.
• Direct experience managing and scaling budgets of $200,000+/month with strong ROI/ROAS. (set to your real number)
• Multi-platform depth: Google Ads, Meta, Bing, SA360, TikTok, Pinterest (programmatic/DSP a plus).
• Raw-data mastery: works with raw data directly (SQL / BigQuery / Snowflake a strong advantage) and writes clear technical specs for analytics teams.
• Strong B2C product sense: funnel optimization, subscriptions, app installs, or D2C digital products.

• English B2+ (fluent written and spoken).
