The Role

Hiring for a a new and ambitious crypto casino building something different in the iGaming space. Fast-moving, player-obsessed, and unafraid to challenge the conventions of how a casino lobby should look and feel. 

This isn't a role for someone who sees games as line items on a spreadsheet. You should know your Pragmatic from your Hacksaw, have strong opinions on RTP configurations, understand why a Megaways title performs differently to a cluster-pays slot, and be able to spot a hot release before it trends.

Required Experience and Salary 

We will match the industry or exceed if the right candidate brings:

Minimum 2 years managing a major game aggregator. Hands-on experience with at least one of Alea, SoftSwiss, Hub88, EveryMatrix, Pariplay, Relax, or equivalent. You know how to navigate a back-office, request game activations, manage RTP and bet limit settings, and escalate issues effectively.

Demonstrable ownership of a game release roadmap. You've planned, prioritized, and executed game launches at scale, coordinating between commercial, marketing, and technical teams to hit release dates and maximize launch impact.

Strong commercial instincts around game economics and risk. You understand max win exposure, RTP variants, jurisdictional restrictions, bonus contribution settings, and how studio-side configurations affect player behavior and operator margin.

The Job
Lobby Management
You own how the casino looks, feels, and performs from a games perspective.

• Own thumbnails, game metadata, and naming conventions to keep the catalogue clean and consistent
• Manage game ordering logic and ensure new releases land with the visibility they deserve
• Work closely with product and design on lobby UX improvements
• Own search, filters, recommendation logic inputs, and seasonal or campaign-driven lobby themes
• Audit game configurations regularly to ensure exposure settings align with our risk appetite (max win caps, max bet on bonus, contribution percentages)

Aggregator Coordination

You'll be the primary point of contact for our aggregator partners and direct studio relationships.

• Build strong working relationships with aggregator account managers and direct studio contacts
• Manage the release calendar end-to-end, including activations, scheduling, and go-live readiness
• Configure correct RTP variants, bet ranges, and max win settings per jurisdiction
• Handle escalations on game performance, downtime, or technical issues with calm, clear stakeholder communication
• Coordinate with finance and compliance on reconciliation matters

Promotions Coordination
You'll negotiate and coordinate promotional deals across the studio and aggregator network.

• Negotiate network tournaments, prize drops, exclusive releases, and free spin campaigns
• Secure co-funded promotional activity and favorable commercial terms
• Align promotional calendars with the CRM and marketing roadmap
• Ensure every campaign is configured correctly on both operator and studio sides before going live
• Review post-campaign performance against expectation and feed learnings into future negotiations
