We are currently looking for a Brand and Partnerships Lead who will shape how the company is seen, understood, and remembered. The role covers developing a new brand strategy, building the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other public channels, and taking strategic partnerships to the next level.

This role is for you if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or partnerships, preferably in fintech, payments, crypto, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience with at least one full rebrand, from developing the concept and positioning to launching it in the market.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong day-to-day experience with AI tools and a practical understanding of how to use them to improve your work.
• A track record of personally owning the full partnership process, from identifying and initiating opportunities to negotiating, closing, and growing partnerships.

• A proactive and structured working style, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently take ideas from strategy to execution.

What you will do:

• Lead the rebrand of our product from concept to full launch within your first 90 days.
• Coordinate the external lead designer and in-house web developer, set clear briefs and priorities, review their work, and keep the rebrand on schedule.
• Introduce the new brand across websites, email, documents, dashboards, social media, sales materials, and every other relevant company touchpoint, and manage the public launch.
• Own how the company presents itself across all marketing and customer-facing channels, keeping the brand consistent and clear.
• Own the LinkedIn presence of the company and its founder, build their positioning, and grow the brand across the channels that matter most.

• Build and manage partnerships that support company growth and strengthen the brand.

What we offer:

• Meaningful work: Work on projects with a visible impact on the brand, the business, and its future growth.
• Freedom to lead: Take ownership of your area, make decisions independently, and have a direct impact on how the company develops.
• Paid vacation: 20 working days of paid annual leave each year to rest, recharge, and return with new energy.
• Paid sick days: 1 paid sick day per month, up to 10 days per year, with no medical certificate required. Certified medical leave is covered in accordance with UA law.
