Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / IT Sales Specialist who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing international software development projects. If you thrive in consultative sales and enjoy working with clients from the US and European markets, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Build and manage your own international sales pipeline
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs
- Prepare proposals together with our technical team
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Contribute to improving our sales strategy and processes
Qualifications
- Experience selling custom software development or IT services.
- Experience working with international (US/EU) clients.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken English (B2/C1+), additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Understanding of software development processes is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
