    • Plan, schedule, and deliver posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
    • Manage comments, conversations, and relationships with our audience.
    • Write short posts and support discussions in relevant communities, grow our Reddit audience.
    • Manage website and social media coverage before, during, and after Stape events.
    • Track analytics, experiment with formats, and optimize based on results.
    • Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to create visuals, videos, and stories.
    • Research competitors and industry trends to keep Stape up to date.

     

    Your background:

    • Experience in social media marketing (B2B SaaS or tech is a plus).
    • Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook.
    • Strong copywriting skills, able to adjust tone for different platforms.
    • Creative but also comfortable with data and analysis.
    • Familiar with scheduling, analytics, and research tools.
    • Proactive and collaborative.
    • Interest in data, analytics, and marketing tech is a big advantage.
    • Advanced English.
       

    Will be a plus:

    • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking.
    • Experience in building and growing Reddit communities.

    • Handle people management functions, including performance reviews, hiring and onboarding, professional development, and training for team members.
    • Implement and track team performance metrics on a monthly basis.
    • Implement and automate team workflow and processes where visible.
    • Create and manage internal documentation on team processes.
    • Handle complex tracking implementations for high-demanding customers.
    • Provide post-implementation support to customers, analyze the implementation's correctness, and fix any bugs that arise.
    • Handle intro calls with complex customers, post-implementation calls, and support sales and account managers whenever technical expertise is required on calls (with higher complexity).
    • Monitor industry news, introduce new solution approaches whenever feasible, share and explain them to team members.

     

    Your background:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care, including at least 2 years in a leadership position within SaaS or tech product companies.
    • Understanding of support process optimization (SLAs, KPIs, workflows, escalations, training)
    • Confident using logs, APIs, and monitoring tools to investigate and resolve issues
    • Strong communication skills - written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate+)
    • Experience working with ticketing/CRM systems and analytics tools
    • Proactive and solution-focused - someone who finds patterns and brings clarity into chaos

    • Identify and enrich decision-makers’ contact details based on predefined criteria (using paid tools like FullEnrich).
    • Add qualified leads to outreach sequences in Lemlist/Reply.io or into Clay tables prepared by the Head of Outbound.
    • Process leads from provided databases: manually identify decision-makers, verify them through the admin panel/CRM, and forward them to the sales department.
    • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for the number of researched and enriched leads.
    • Engage leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels using a multi-touch approach.

     

    Your background:

    • 1+ year of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist in an IT product or outsourcing company.
    • Upper-intermediate+ English level.
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets (data entry, formulas, filters).
    • Knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Understanding of lead validation processes and ICP matching.

     

    Will be a plus:

    • Familiarity with outreach tools such as Lemlist, Reply.io, Snov.io, or similar.

    Switch to a Shift Schedule that ensures that support specialists are available at various times to assist with customer needs, both during the day and night shifts.

    There are 2 types of shifts:
    - Day shift: 09:00–21:00 (11 hours + 1-hour break)
    - Night shift: 21:00-09:00 (11 hours + 1-hour break)

    • Collaborate with SEO Manager and provide optimization for the old content on website. For example, internal links editing, titles editing, paragraphs optimization, keywords insertion, etc.
    • Ensure all content is polished, accurate, and aligns with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
    • Create partner pages and ensure consistency in messaging, while respecting each partner’s brand voice and objectives.
