Today, SolveX is an international fintech team that:

• processes $100M+ in transactions monthly
• operates in high-risk industries (iGaming, crypto, forex)

We are looking for a CFO who doesn’t just observe the numbers, but keeps them under full control.

Your Mission

This is not a traditional CFO role focused on accounting and reporting.
This role is about:

• controlling real money flows
• managing settlements in a complex multi-PSP environment
• bringing transparency where others have chaos
• quickly identifying discrepancies in high-volume transaction flows

You will be the point where everything converges:
 payments → settlements → reconciliations → risks → strategy

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy
• Support business scaling and expansion into new markets
• Partner with the CEO and top management on strategic decisions
• Lead the financial function within an international structure

Payment Flows and Settlements

• Full control over settlements with merchants and PSPs
• Manage payout logic, fees, and margins
• Oversee fund flows across all participants in the chain
• Maintain real-time understanding of where the money is

Reconciliation & Financial Control

• Organize and oversee transaction reconciliation (PSPs, banks, internal systems)
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across: PSP balances, merchant settlements, payment gateway reports, internal transaction ledgers, fiat and crypto flows (bank accounts, crypto wallets, on-chain transactions)
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment flows promptly

Reporting & Financial Transparency

• Analyze profitability, fees, and flow efficiency
• Perform financial modeling and forecasting
• Prepare financial reports for the holding and partners

Risk Management

• Identify operational and financial risks within payment flows
• Ensure financial stability when working with multiple PSPs and acquirers
• Control risks related to chargebacks, rolling reserves, and settlements
• Collaborate closely with compliance and operations teams

Processes & Financial Infrastructure

• Develop and optimize financial processes to support business growth
• Strengthen financial monitoring and control mechanisms
• Coordinate with accounting and external financial partners

Who We’re Looking For

This is not a role for a “traditional” corporate CFO.

We are looking for someone who:

• has worked in payments / fintech / iGaming
• understands how PSPs, settlements, and flows actually work
• has experience with high transaction volumes, not just P&L
• can quickly identify and explain where “money gets lost”

Experience

• 7+ years in finance
• Experience as CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director
• Strong background in operational finance and payments
• Experience in high-risk segments
• Experience managing finances in high-volume transaction environments

Hard Skills

• Deep understanding of payment settlements and reconciliation processes
• Experience working with PSP reporting and payment provider financial flows
• Knowledge in acquiring, P2P, and mobile commerce
• Experience with multi-currency payment systems

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and systems thinking
• Ability to build financial processes from scratch
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment
• Strong cross-functional communication (finance, operations, leadership)

Your Mission

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial calculations, monitoring payment flows, and preparing data for management reporting. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of settlements with merchants and payment providers
• Calculate currency conversions and settlement operations
• Analyze payment flows and financial data
• Work with large volumes of financial information in Excel
• Calculate chargeback operations and financial adjustments
• Communicate with merchants regarding settlement and reconciliation questions
• Prepare data for daily and monthly management reporting
• Support the finance team in analyzing payment operations
• Collaborate with Sales and IT teams to ensure financial data accuracy

Goals for the First 6 Months

• Learn to independently perform settlement reconciliation and calculations
• Understand and track the flow of funds between merchants and payment providers
• Prepare and analyze data for management financial reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in finance, analytics, or payment systems

Professional Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel / XLSX
• Experience working with large datasets
• Basic understanding of financial operations or payment processes
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Accuracy in working with numbers
  Structured and detail-oriented approach to work

Preferred Background

• Experience in fintech, payment service providers, or financial companies is a plus

Languages

• Ukrainian and Russian - fluent
• English - a plus
