We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager responsible for outbound lead generation and initial written communication with potential clients.
This role involves a large amount of routine, systematic work, so we are looking for someone with real hands-on experience who is mentally comfortable working with repetitive outbound processes and focused on results.
The main channels are LinkedIn and Upwork, with a clear growth path to Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
LinkedIn (80% of time)
- Managing and developing LinkedIn accounts (personal and company)
- Posting content and engagement (comments, likes)
- Manual and semi-automated outbound outreach
- Lead research and database building
- Hypothesis testing (ICP, niches, messaging)
- Profile and message optimization based on hypotheses
- Working with tools:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- LinkedHelper
Upwork (20% of time)
- Manual proposal submission
- Writing and optimizing cover letters / bids
- Profile optimization for niches and hypotheses
- Written communication with clients
- Follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Maintaining lead status tracking
General
- Working with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Maintaining CRM / spreadsheets
- Basic analytics and reporting
- Collaboration with the tech and delivery teams to better understand service offerings
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT lead generation / outbound sales
- Practical experience with:
- LinkedIn outbound lead generation
- Upwork manual bidding
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- LinkedHelper (or similar tools)
- Understanding of B2B sales and sales funnel basics
- English level B2+ (written communication)
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and structured thinking
- High tolerance for routine and repetitive outbound tasks
⚠️ Candidates without real outbound routine experience will not be considered.
Nice to Have
- Experience building outbound processes from scratch
- Understanding of software development processes (SaaS, Frontend/Backend)
- Experience with multiple automation tools

This is a highly systematic and routine-focused role, so we’re looking for someone with real hands-on LinkedIn outbound experience who feels comfortable working with repetitive processes and is strongly results-driven.
LinkedIn is the only primary channel for this role. There is a clear growth path to Sales Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow LinkedIn accounts (personal and company)
- Create consistent activity: posts, comments, likes
- Run manual and semi-automated LinkedIn outreach
- Research leads and build structured lead databases
- Test and validate hypotheses (ICP, niches, messaging)
- Optimize profiles and outreach messages based on performance
- Maintain and update lead statuses and pipelines
- Work daily with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- LinkedHelper
General Responsibilities
- Work with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
