This role is focused on both technical SEO and AI search visibility, with a strong emphasis on practical execution, ongoing optimisation, and measurable performance improvements.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with our team to identify opportunities, resolve technical issues, strengthen on-page SEO, improve site structure and content performance, and support visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve SEO performance across client accounts
• Conduct hands-on technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
• Improve site structure, crawlability, indexing, internal linking, and on-page optimisation
• Monitor keyword performance, rankings, traffic, and search visibility
• Identify quick wins and longer-term SEO opportunities
• Optimise websites and content for both traditional search and AI search visibility

You will be responsible for designing engaging social media content, ensuring scheduled posts are accurate and aligned with the broader marketing strategy, supporting community engagement, and managing up to 5 client profiles per month. The role also includes creating newsletters for clients, designing newsletter assets, supporting outbound prospecting through cold outreach, and designing brochures, flyers, and other branded collateral when required.

We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, fast-moving, and confident working across different brands and industries while maintaining a high standard of design and communication.
