We are growing rapidly — expanding our client base, launching new projects, and continuously improving our product ecosystem. To support this growth, we are looking for a Project Manager who is ready to take ownership, work closely with customers, and grow together with the product.

Your Role

As a Project Manager at Solomono, you will manage multiple projects end-to-end, act as the primary communication bridge between customers and delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

This role combines client-facing communication, project coordination, and process ownership, with clear opportunities for professional growth and increasing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout their full lifecycle
• Communicate directly with customers: gather, clarify, and formalize business and technical requirements
• Manage expectations, scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery outcomes
• Plan project activities, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Maintain project plans, backlogs, and task flows using ClickUp
• Coordinate daily team activities and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives)
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively propose mitigation actions
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery summaries
• Support project kick-off, closure, and handover activities
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization

Required Skills & Experience

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher — confident spoken and written communication with customers
• Experience working with IT products and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Practical or strong theoretical knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of ownership
• High level of self-organization and a result-oriented mindset
• Experience creating professional reports, roadmaps, and project documentation
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Your Role

As a Junior / Trainee Project Manager, you will support project delivery activities, work closely with experienced Project Managers and the delivery team, and gradually take ownership of project coordination tasks.

This role is designed for candidates who want to learn project management in practice, understand how IT products are built, and grow into a full Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of multiple projects
• Assist in communication with international customers under mentor guidance
• Help gather, clarify, and document project requirements
• Maintain project documentation, task lists, and updates in ClickUp
• Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives)
• Help prepare status updates, reports, and delivery summaries
• Support project kick-off, handover, and closure activities
• Identify risks or blockers and escalate them to the Project Manager
• Learn and apply SDLC and Agile practices in real projects

Previous commercial experience is not mandatory — motivation and learning ability are key.

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)

• Спілкуватимешся з клієнтами через онлайн-чат (HelpCrunch), Email та месенджери. Оброблятимеш їхні запити й будеш контролювати аби користування платформою було максимально комфортним.
• Будеш доповнювати і оновлювати  шаблони відповідей та базу знань (інструкції, підказки в адмінпанелі).
• Реєструватимеш звернення у ClickUp, координуватимеш їх із командою розробників, інформуватимеш клієнтів про статус.
• Проводитимеш онбординг клієнтів: навчання роботі з адмінпанеллю, базовим інтеграціям і запуску магазину.
• Супроводжуватимеш клієнтів після запуску: допомагатимеш у досягненні їхніх бізнес-цілей, даватимеш поради з оптимізації магазину, аналітики.
• Повідомлятимеш про новий функціонал та релізи, рекомендуватимеш додаткові модулі, інтеграції, функції.
• Збиратимеш фідбек від клієнтів (опитування, аналіз, передача інсайтів команді).
• Оптимізуватимеш процеси підтримки, щоб робота ставала ще ефективнішою.
• Опанувати функціонал платформи SoloMono на рівні, необхідному для того, щоб надавати технічну підтримку клієнтам.

• Володієш англійською мовою на рівні, достатньому для листування.

• Вмієш організовувати процеси, працював (-ла) з таск-трекерами, таблицями та списками.
• Готовий (-а) брати на себе нові завдання, наприклад: створення скриптів автоматичних відповідей, налаштування інтеграцій з месенджерами чи впровадження AI у робочі процеси.
• Маєш досвід ефективної комунікації з клієнтами, емпатійний (-а), вмієш надавати якісно допомогу.

• Додатковою перевагою буде інтерес до UX/UI та прагнення вдосконалювати платформу з точки зору користувацького досвіду.
