– Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Delivery, or Program Management, driving complex initiatives from idea to impact
– A track record of building, improving, or scaling product processes that actually work - and keep working as teams grow
– Hands-on people leadership experience, supporting teams, setting clear expectations, and raising the bar
– Strong command of planning, discovery, and delivery, with confidence in:- prioritisation and roadmap governance
- capacity planning and SLAs
- product and delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, quality)
– Fluency with modern product tools: Jira, Confluence or Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms
– A data-driven mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity
