About the Team and Role

We’re on a mission to supercharge our Infrastructure Stream, so we’re looking for a driven Infra Engineer to make it happen. Our infra engineers are dealing with a range of different challenges, from managing our services that keep Solidgate’s backend running to optimizing our cloud infrastructure.
You’ll build rock-solid, scalable systems and craft workflows that make our tech team faster, smarter, and unstoppable.

Our Web Platform team provides a unified set of services that power product delivery across the company:

• Full-stack product solutions for authentication and authorization, audit logging, analytics, user and file management
• Developer tools such as feature toggle, and tools to work with them (SDK, CLI, CI/CD integrations, testing utils)
• JS/TS platform libraries for observability (logging, metrics, health), synchronous and event-driven communication, and middlewares for platform solutions like authentication and audit logging
• DevOps: managing and improving Node.js and Front-end CI/CD pipelines and operational efficiency

• Front-end foundations: Unit design system with flexible in-house components and widgets

   

A reliable multi-channel notification platform that orchestrates merchant onboarding, document workflows, and approval processes across the organization will be in your hands. About the Team and Role

We’re looking for a proactive, business-minded Go Engineer to join the team building products that help our customers cut down on fraud-related risks. You’ll get to work on our brand new Representment product — saving our merchants hundreds of thousands of dollars.

What you’ll need to do

• Build the Dispute module: collect data from payment systems and make it clear for clients
• Launch the Representment module: create interfaces and APIs for merchants to upload evidence and push it to the Schemes
• Integrate with global payment giants: Stripe, Adyen, PayPal
• Roll out new products with Mastercard, Visa, AMEX

• Develop the financial backbone: invoicing, billing, reconciliation at scale

   

You’re a great fit if you have

• 4+ years of backend development experience, mostly with Go
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL
• Proven track record with microservices
• Strong grasp of high-load system design
• Solid test coverage: unit, integration, functional, and e2e
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
• Initiative and strong decision-making skills

• Solid understanding of business processes

   

Nice to have

• Background in fintech or the financial sector
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Familiarity with AWS and modern CI/CD

About the Role 

We’re building the smartest, fastest and most resilient payments infra in fintech — and risk is a core part of how we win. As a Risk Operations Analyst at Solidgate, you’ll be the one keeping our engine clean, sharp and one step ahead. You’ll monitor how merchants behave, how money moves, and how risk evolves in real time — making sure we scale safely without slowing down growth.This role is hands-on and impact heavy. You’ll use data, logic and frameworks to keep portfolio exposure healthy, protect revenue, and help us make better, smarter risk decisions every day. It’s fast. It’s complex. And if you love owning the signal inside the noise — you’ll thrive here.

What you’ll do

— Analyse risk signals, detect anomalies, and trigger the right actions or escalations
— Monitor compliance with international payment scheme requirements
— Control merchant reserves to prevent negative balances and minimise financial exposure
— Manage merchant cap limits in line with the portfolio’s risk appetite
— Execute and continuously improve daily operational tasks within approved risk processes
 

You’re a great fit if you have 

— Bright mind with a background in econometrics, finance, management, international relations, mathematics, or computer science— or still studying in one of these fields.
— A strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly — you get things done and pick up new skills on the go.
— A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail — precision matters in risk.
— English B2+ — confident communication across teams and partners.

Nice to have 
— Self-starter — you can own your projects and take full responsibility for your area.
— SQL & Tableau — extra points if you know your way around data.
