About the Role

As CISO, you’ll own and shape Solidgate’s entire security strategy, embedding Information Security by Design across the company. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with other C-level leaders to set security goals, influence strategy, and ensure cybersecurity is understood at every level.

Обов’язки на цій ролі:

• аналізувати результати продажів (Cross-sell/Up-sell), будувати метрики, звіти й надавати рекомендації щодо оптимізації процесів у команді;
• взаємодіяти з клієнтами, розв’язувати питання та надавати інформацію щодо наших продуктів та послуг;
• створювати презентації, готувати документи та організовувати зустрічі;
• підтримувати операційні процеси команд Account Management, Sales.
   

Вимоги до кандидата:

• маєш диплом бакалавра\магістра або ще навчаєшся у ВНЗ;
• маєш академічні досягнення, високі бали в навчанні;
• знання англійської мови на рівні Upper-Intermediate;
• участь у FLEX, Erasmus, CFA Research Challenge та інших активностях;
• відмінні аналітичні та комунікативні навички;
• висока відповідальність та орієнтованість на результат.

Зараз ми шукаємо проактивного та ініціативного Junior Operations Analyst, який зануриться у внутрішні процеси Solidgate та буде готовий оптимізувати їх так, аби наші клієнти отримали найкраще платіжне рішення на ринку.
 

Твоїми завданнями будуть:
— здійснення технічного онбордингу нових клієнтів у системі Solidgate;
— підтримка процесів, пов’язаних із платіжними послугами Solidgate;
— побудова нових процесів та оптимізація існуючих;
— робота з аналітичними запитами від клієнтів;
— налаштування маршрутизації платежів;
— активна взаємодія з продуктовими та технічними командами усередині компанії;
— комунікація із техсаппортом банків-партнерів;
— виявлення та усунення аномалій у платіжному процесі.
 

Що ми від тебе чекаємо:
— навчаєшся за напрямком «Прикладна математика/Системний аналіз» або ж за суміжними спеціальностями;
— відмінні комунікативні навички, як письмові, так і усні;
— англійська не нижче рівня Upper-Intermediate;
— знання SQL та Python;
— знання Tableau на базовому/початковому рівні.
 

Буде перевагою, якщо ти:
— вмієш працювати автономно та продуктивно одночасно;
— маєш практичний досвід роботи з Postman.
