Solid Software is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will focus on modernizing DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability, security, cost efficiency, and delivery speed.

This is a hands-on senior-level position where you will lead high-impact infrastructure initiatives, quickly dive into existing architecture, identify systemic issues, and deliver practical, well-documented improvements within a defined timeframe.

You will work closely with engineering, platform, security, and product teams to reduce operational risk and support scalable growth.

The position requires availability for evening meetings with a Canada-based team (up to 12:00 AM, GMT+2).

What will you do?
 

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure;
• Lead key DevOps and platform initiatives, including CI/CD modernization, GitOps adoption, and zero-downtime deployments;
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and secure releases;
• Identify and address technical debt, scalability challenges, and operational risks;
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response across production systems;
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to shape infrastructure strategy;
• Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices;
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure solutions support business goals.
 

Requirements
 

• Strong experience designing, building, and operating modern CI/CD pipelines, including GitOps approaches (ArgoCD, Flux, or similar);
• Deep hands-on expertise with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK;
• Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS or similar), Helm;
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go for automation, tooling, and infrastructure workflows;
• Expert-level knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems administration and Git;
• Advanced understanding of cloud networking (VPC design, DNS, routing, service mesh) and cloud security (IAM, threat modeling, compliance automation);
• Solid experience with observability, monitoring, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and/or Datadog;
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and deliver impactful improvements within a limited contract timeframe.

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2): Able to actively participate and lead meetings

Solid Software is looking for an Odoo Frontend Developer to join our team and work on building, customizing, and scaling user interfaces for Odoo-based B2B products and marketplaces!

What will you do?
 

• Build and maintain QWeb templates for reports, views, and dashboards;
• Develop and customize Odoo frontend modules using OWL — Web Library;
• Implement responsive and interactive UI components for web and mobile applications;
• Contribute to B2B marketplace development;
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical discussions;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
   

Requirements:
 

• Solid experience in Odoo frontend development;
• Integration experience with mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, iOS, Android)
• Experience working on B2B marketplaces;
• Hands-on experience with OWL and QWeb;
• Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS;
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-friendly interfaces;
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
