We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to build our customer communication system from the ground up for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand.
 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the company's CRM infrastructure from scratch.
• Organize and manage a customer database of approximately 10,000 contacts.
• Segment the customer database based on customer behavior and purchase history.
• Set up automated and manual email, SMS, and/or messaging campaigns.
• Develop customer communication workflows, including welcome sequences, product launches, promotional campaigns, customer retention, and re-engagement strategies.
• Integrate the CRM with the necessary tools and platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing CRM systems and building customer communication processes from scratch.
• Experience with e-commerce or consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Kommo, Bitrix24, amoCRM, or similar.
• Strong understanding of CRM marketing, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
• Experience setting up integrations and automated workflows.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable business results.
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with subscription or repeat-purchase businesses.
• Experience cleaning, organizing, and migrating customer databases.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and messaging automation tools.
• Understanding of customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
• Knowledge of data privacy and personal data protection best practices.
