Skills required:

• 7+ years of software development experience; 
• Commercial experience in Node.js (TypeScript, Nest.js);
• 5+ years of experience with DBs (SQL/Non-SQL/Document);
• Experience in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications using Azure; 
• To be familiar with other Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Azure AD B2C;
• Familiarity with one of the front-end frameworks;
• Upper-intermediate English is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in system design of the portfolio of applications;
• Leading the technical design and implementation of the solution;
• Developing a brand-new solution through MVP and beyond; 
• Collaborate with cross-functional team of architects, developers, business-analysists to implement the vision for the new generation of solution;
• Developing both back-end and front-end sides of a product;
• Work on integration with the internal and external systems as per business needs.

Will be a plus:
• Experience with GraphQL;
• Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as ARM or Terraform; 
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based solutions, secure software development practices.

SoftHouseGroup is looking for an experienced Middle PHP Engineer to extend our team to work with a large project in the Insurance domain. You can be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development.
 
Team in Ukraine: 30+ people. 16+ Software Engineers, 7 QA Manual and Automation Engineers, BA, Technical Writes, UX/UI.
 
Required skills:
 • At least 4 years of experience in PHP development;
 • Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel or Yii2
 • Experience with MySQL;
 • Great knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns;
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQUERY, Vue.js);
 • Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git;
 • Good knowledge of full development cycle;
 • Deep knowledge of REST API;
 • English level — pre Intermediate; (reading, no speaking) 
 • A High level of self-organization, desire and ability to work in a team.
 • Good communication skills and desire to master development skills.
 
Will be a plus:
• Experience with Vue.js;
• Experience in Billing/financial/banking or insurance systems/domains.
 
Daily responsibilities:
• New modules development;
• Support of existing modules;
• Bug fixing;
• Participation in daily meetings;
• Close collaboration with the product development team for estimation and delivery of features.

Необхідні навички та кваліфікація:

• 5+ років досвіду на позиції System Administrator в компаніях від 200+ співробітників;
• Практичний досвід адміністрування Microsoft 365/Office 365 на рівні організації;
• Досвід з MS Windows Server (2019–2022) та Linux (production);
• Досвід із віртуалізацією та маршрутизацією; побудова VPN/Tunnel для філій; 
• Мережева безпека й управління ризиками: сегментація, IPS/IDS, політики доступу, бекапи, DR;
• Упевнені комунікації з працівниками на різних рівнях;
• Практика створення технічної документації та схем (діаграми, SOP, runbooks);
• Технічна англійська від Intermediate+ (читання/написання документації, спілкування з вендорами);
• Досвід побудови процесів change/incident/problem на практиці

Буде плюсом:

• Знання ITIL v4;
• Безпека (ISO 27001/SOC 2 принципи), управління вразливостями, hardening

Обовʼязки:

• Розробка, документування та впровадження процесів: Change, Incident, Problem, Request, Access, Asset/CMDB, Backup/DR, Vulnerability & Patch Management;
• Побудова операційної аналітики: SLO/OLA, дашборди, алерти, пост-морте́ми; 
• Адміністрування мережевої та серверної інфраструктури (on-prem та хмара): Windows Server, Linux; віртуалізація; маршрутизація;
• Адміністрування Microsoft 365/Office 365 на рівні всієї організації;
• Бази даних (MySQL, PostgreSQL—включно з AWS RDS), резервне копіювання, моніторинг, відновлення;
• Мережі й безпека: MikroTik/Fortinet/Cisco (Wi-Fi, IPS, VPN: GRE/IPSec), сегментація VLAN/pVLAN, DNS (bind, unbound), мережевий антивірус, контроль доступів;
• Управління інвентарем і життєвим циклом обладнання, закупівлі, ремонт;
• Менторинг існуючого System Administrator: постановка цілей, рев’ю, план розвитку;
• Комунікація зі стейкхолдерами (інженерні команди, керівництво, фінанси/закупівлі), прозорі апдейти щодо змін та інцидентів;
• Підвищення культури надійності: навчання команд стандартам змін, безпеки, роботі з інцидентами.
