    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using ReactJS and Next.js

    Currently, Softermii is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to resume the project, which was in active development some time ago.

     

    📲💻Project:

     

    It is a Multimodal AI Conversation Engine (MAICE) that humanizes interactions with users, guiding them through natural conversations tailored to their needs.

    With advanced AI capabilities, it facilitates personalized engagements, streamlining communication and enhancing user satisfaction. From lead generation and concierge services to customer support and conversational checkout  itrevolutionizes the way businesses interact with their audience to driving efficiency, boost conversions and foster meaningful connections.

     

    📋Your responsibilities on the project will be:

    - Active participation in Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning, grooming, and client demos.

    - Feature development within estimated timelines, with responsibility for meeting deadlines.

    - Team leading: code reviews, troubleshooting, and retrospectives, resolving challenges, providing solutions for the complex tasks and issues.

    -  Product discussions with the PM, providing feedback, and suggesting optimizations.

    - Involvement in risk management and brainstorming during critical issues.

    🗞Our requirements to you it is understanding and experience with the next points:

     

    - 5+ years of experience in software development, primarily using React and Node.js (Express.js)

    - Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS

    - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

    - Proven hands-on experience with React for building modern frontend applications

    - Deep understanding of Node.js, particularly with the Express.js framework

    - Experience working with PostgreSQL databases

    - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS services

    -Upper-intermediate English level or higher, both spoken and written, for effective communication in an international team.

     

    Technical/Hard Skills – Desired:

    -Experience with DeepGram AI for speech recognition and transcription

    -Knowledge of or hands-on experience with LiveKit for real-time audio/video communications

    -Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Anthropic

    -Understanding of Prompt Engineering concepts and techniques

    -Prior involvement in any kind of AI-focused projects or implementations
