• Проведення експертної оцінки проєктної документації, підготовленої замовником (брифи, концепції тощо — надалі Бізнес Вимоги)
• Узгодження бізнес-вимог із замовником та іншими стейкхолдерами
• Проєктування технічних рішень та управління життєвим циклом вимог
• Моделювання бізнес-процесів у межах проєкту, розробка моделей рішення
• Підготовка та узгодження планів і протоколів інтеграційного та клієнтського тестування, організація та супровід тестувань
• Підготовка технічної документації та інструкцій з технічного обслуговування й експлуатації впроваджених платформ
• Підготовка розпоряджень, нарядів та завдань на виконання робіт на технологічних та IT-платформах відповідно до процедур компанії

Кваліфікаційні вимоги

• Вища освіта (бажано: «Інформаційні технології», «Комп’ютерні науки», «Прикладна математика»)
• Досвід роботи не менше 2 років в IT-проєктах у ролі бізнес-аналітика або системного аналітика
• Практичний досвід збору, аналізу та формалізації вимог замовника або бізнес-користувачів
• Досвід написання, узгодження та управління життєвим циклом технічної документації
• Розуміння REST-архітектури та основ роботи з СУБД
• Знання стандартів побудови IT-сервісів
• Професійне володіння UML, BPMN, SQL, Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence
• Бажано знання телекомунікаційних мереж (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA тощо), TCP/IP, Ethernet, IP-інфраструктури
• Бажано досвід роботи з системами Billing, DWH та подібними

• Конфігурування робочих місць Windows (мережеві налаштування, маршрутизація, розуміння принципів доступу до корпоративних APN через мобільну мережу)

Наш кандидат має:

• Досвід роботи в юриспруденції не менше 3 років

• Досвід роботи в IT-компанії або в сфері юридичного обслуговування IT-компаній

• Володіння юридичною англійською (не менше рівня B2-C1), досвід підготовки юридичних документів англійською

• Розуміння термінології IT-сфери та специфіки роботи цієї сфери

• Знання податкового законодавства України та інших країн, досвід роботи в сфері міжнародного податкового регулювання

• Готовність виконувати роботу за лімітований встановлений час (згідно SLA)

Ваш майбутній функціонал:

• Підготовка та аналіз NDA, MSA, SOW, актів та інших супровідних юридичних документів та договорів

• Комунікація та узгодження документів з менеджерами

• Підготовка листів, пояснень, претензій

• Підготовка аналітичних довідок щодо законодавства

• Аналіз тендерної документації, супроводження компанії в тендерній процедурі в різних країнах

Умови роботи:
