We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our core team within large-scale digital and e-Governance projects.

Our team designs and delivers digital solutions for e-Government and public sector transformation. You will work alongside experienced Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA engineers and gradually take more ownership of requirements and business analysis activities.

We are open to candidates at different stages of their BA career.

If you have several years of experience and can independently handle complex requirements - we'd like to hear from you.

If you have limited commercial BA experience but have a relevant degree, strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and genuine interest in Business Analysis - we'd also like to hear from you.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and business processes.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes and create process models using BPMN.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and User Stories.
• Define Acceptance Criteria and clarify requirements with development and QA teams.
• Work with developers, QA engineers, Solution Architects, and other technical specialists throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Analyze system behavior, integrations, data flows, and dependencies between systems.
• Participate in requirements refinement, planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support solution validation and help ensure that delivered functionality meets business requirements.
• Maintain BA documentation in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Contribute to solution discussions and help identify possible risks, edge cases, and inconsistencies.
• Gradually take ownership of larger analysis areas as your expertise grows.

What we are looking for

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Analysis, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, or another relevant field.
• Strong academic background in IT, systems, business analysis, or a related area is a significant advantage.

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in Business Analysis, but we are also open to candidates without commercial BA experience if they have a relevant education

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of requirements engineering and business process analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools for research, documentation, and analysis.
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured requirements.
• Basic understanding of software architecture and system integrations.
• Understanding of APIs and REST/JSON is a plus.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with BPMN and/or UML.
• Ability to work with structured documentation and maintain requirements traceability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and edge cases.

Description of the Project & Team:

We are looking for a strong, proactive, and autonomous Business Analyst to join our core team as part of our strategic capability expansion and overall growth. This is a core team position aimed at driving long-term scaling, rather than a single-project assignment.

Our team designs and delivers large-scale digital solutions in eGov (e-Governance) and public sector transformations. The scope covers the full project lifecycle: from active participation in Pre-sales and Discovery phases to solution design, requirement handoff to development teams, and release support.

Team & Culture:

Our cross-functional team consists of PMs, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA engineers. We value adaptability, openness to modern technologies (including AI-assisted requirements engineering), and a high level of personal accountability. We are seeking a specialist with a strong "hands-on" mindset — someone with a solid professional foundation who enjoys working with requirements directly, takes ownership of decisions and risks under uncertainty.

Responsibilities:

Analysis & Process Modeling

• Elicit and analyze client business processes.
• Construct process models in BPMN 2.0 (AS-IS / TO-BE).
• Identify logical deadlocks, constraints, and edge cases.

Requirements Engineering

• Articulate and formalize clear, measurable functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Decompose requirements into User Stories with Acceptance Criteria (using modern syntaxes such as EARS, BDD, or standard specifications).

AI-Assisted Optimization

• Leverage modern AI tools and copilots (e.g., Kiro, LLM prompt engineering) to accelerate requirements generation, documentation, and validation.

Pre-sales & Discovery Participation

• Actively participate in Pre-sale activities and Discovery phases (RFP/RFI analysis, high-level scope estimation, client workshops, and solution vision drafting).

Requirements Life Cycle & Change Management

• Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct Impact Analysis for incoming change requests.
• Manage product backlogs.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate Discovery sessions and interviews.
• Resolve requirement conflicts.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Required Qualifications:

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst on complex Enterprise or Web projects.

Professional Certification

• Professional Business Analysis certification (IIBA: ECBA / CCBA / CBAP, PMI-PBA, or BCS Diploma in Business Analysis) will be a very big plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modeling and familiarity with object-oriented modeling (UML).
• Hybrid Delivery Experience: Proven ability to bridge the gap between fixed-scope contractual specifications (e.g., regulatory requirements, formal Statement of Work) and iterative Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
• Understanding of API architecture (REST/JSON), data mapping, and basic database design concepts.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and hands-on experience with Git, GitLab CI, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Argo CD.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Groovy for scripting and automation.
• Strong experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, and Rancher.

• Ведення та актуалізація:
  • HR-даних у Jira, A5, Excel
  • бази CV в Confluence

• Звірка даних між системами (HR, Finance, Power BI)

3. Time Off, Sick Leave & Benefits Administration

• Консультація співробітників щодо:
  • відпусток, лікарняних, залишків і «згорання» днів
• Оформлення відпусток та лікарняних у HR-системах
• Ведення обліку відсутностей Excel для фінансів
• Адміністрування програм медичного страхування:
  • підключення / відключення
  • комунікація зі страховою

4. Offboarding & Transitions

• Ініціація та контроль процесів звільнення / переведення на фріланс
• Створення обхідних листів (Scriptum)
• Контроль повернення техніки
• Координація фінальних розрахунків

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Підготовка щомісячних та квартальних HR-звітів:
  • прийняті / звільнені
  • структура персоналу (employee / FOP / freelance)
• Підтримка джерел даних для Power BI

6. Payroll & Finance Coordination

• Підготовка даних для нарахування заробітної плати
• Формування табелів робочого часу 
• Комунікація у випадках затримки виплат
• Контроль відповідності вимогам Дія.City (середня ЗП, звітність)

7. Legal, Compliance & Diia.City

• Підготовка наказів, штатних розписів, кадрових документів
• Квартальна та щомісячна звітність для резидентів Дія.City

8. Mobilization & Reservation (Critical Area)

• Повний супровід процесів бронювання співробітників
• Комунікація з консорціумом та зовнішніми партнерами
• Консультації щодо мобілізації, податків, формату виплат
• Емоційна підтримка співробітників у високочутливих ситуаціях
• Координація з фінансами та юридичними консультантами

9. Stakeholder Interaction

• Щоденна взаємодія з:

• Участь у впровадженні AI-рішень у HR-функцію (AI-асистенти, внутрішні боти, автоматизація workflow)

Про роль
