Main goals:

Create and develop the world’s best creative image and video editor with an innovative UX for Android and Chrome OS platforms. Implement new UX for making creative content on mobile devices. Integrate new AI photo editing technologies.

Your tasks will be:

• Design and build applications for the mobile platforms from scratch;
• Do technical design and develop features on a daily-basis;
• Take part in the UI/UX design of mobile apps;
• Requirements analysis and features estimation;
• Collaborate with a team of developers, Technical Product Owner, and Project Manager to define, design, and ship new features or improvements.

Skills we looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in an Android Developer role and will have functioned as lead on diverse development projects;
• Expert knowledge of Android platform;
• A strong advocate of testing and quality conscious;
• In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles and design, SOLID, and OOP;
• Experience in building flexible and reusable systems;
• Experience with mobile platforms, operating systems, and infrastructure;
• The applicant is able to quickly learn, comprehend and use new information in work.
• The applicant has a desire for constant development; they follow new technologies and market approaches and maintain a high knowledge level.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English B2+)

Would be a plus:

• ChromeOS development experience;
• Fluency with iOS and Swift;
• Cross-Platform development experience;
• Working experience with C/C++;
• Experience in profiling and optimisation.

Main Goals:

• Develop an outstanding creative image and video editor with innovative, mobile-first UX for iOS and iPadOS.
• Implement intuitive, next-gen user interfaces for making creative content on mobile devices.

• Integrate and experiment with AI photo editing technologies and deliver them to end-users in a beautiful and functional way.

   

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Design, prototype, and implement new product features using SwiftUI and Combine;
• Build beautiful, responsive UIs with smooth animations and real-time feedback;
• Optimize performance, profile bottlenecks, and ensure smooth user experiences across iPhone and iPad;
• Refactor, maintain, and support existing codebase using clean architecture principles;
• Actively participate in technical planning, clarify requirements, and collaborate with the team on architecture and user experience;
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve development processes and coding standards.
   

Skills We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in iOS development (Swift; Objective-C & C++ as a plus);
• Proficiency with SwiftUI and UIKit; solid knowledge of Combine, Auto Layout, and declarative UI design;
• Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns (MVVM, MVC, Coordinator), and principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI);
• Excellent knowledge of CocoaTouch frameworks including Core Animation, Core Image, Core Data, Camera Framework;
• Deep understanding of iOS app lifecycle, system performance, memory management, and platform-specific nuances;
• Familiarity with unit testing, UI testing, and behavior-driven development;
• Experience developing or contributing to apps from scratch to App Store release;

• Base knowledge of Objective-C, C++11, and STL (used in bridging modules or performance-intensive tasks).

   

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with cross-platform development (Flutter, React Native, or Swift on macOS/iPadOS);
• Understanding of FRP concepts (RxSwift, ReactiveCocoa, or Combine);
• Practical experience with image processing, filters, or real-time visual effects (DSP knowledge is a plus);

• Background in photography or developing tools for creative professionals.

Skills we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience working in software development (Swift, Objective-C);

- Skills of the OOP and writing readable, quality, and supportable code: you follow the DRY, KISS, YAGNI, SOLID principles, you are familiar with MVC, MVVM architectures, and Auto Layout;

- Good knowledge of Cocoa/CocoaTouch frameworks, CoreData, Core Animation, their features, and workarounds;

- Experience in developing a project from scratch to AppStore;

Your daily tasks will be:

- Design and build solutions in Swift;

- Create beautiful and smooth interfaces, able to profile, find and fix performance and scalability problems;

- Support, maintenance, and refactoring of existing services and applications;

- Proactively collaborate with teammates to optimize the development process and participate in resolving unclear technical requirements;

- Review the existing code.

As a Marketing Designer at Skylum, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging visual content that promotes our products and brand. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to craft eye-catching designs that resonate with our target audience. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a minimum of two years of experience in marketing, web or graphic design.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of graphic, marketing or web design experience preferably within a fast-paced setting in product/creative agency fields

- Attention to detail and being able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong, clean, visual design sense in typography, graphic design, and content design

- Ability to work with multiple and competing deadlines

- Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail; great communicator, verbal & written.

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team; ability to easily take direction and openness to feedback

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

- B1/B2 English or higher level

- A portfolio of work showcasing past work

- Knowledge of animation and video editing will be a big plus

Responsibilities:

- Design and produce marketing collateral, including but not limited to social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, advertisements, and promotional materials that align with Skylum’s branding.

- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design guidelines while exploring new creative ideas.

- Design web and growth design solutions that enhance user engagement and interaction, ensuring a seamless experience across our platform

- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align web designs with brand identity, business objectives, and growth targets, boosting user engagement and conversions through cohesive, user-centric strategies

- Review UX, identify shortfalls, and implement best practices to increase conversion and ensure continuity from first engagement through to conversion. Responsible for user journeys on the main Luminar Neo website and landing pages.

- Conduct A/B testing to understand our audience's behavior and preferences, transforming insights into actionable design improvements

- Advocate for design and excellence, presenting and rationalizing your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders

- Optimise the user journey for improved engagement, conversion rates, and retention.

- Lead the design of key website initiatives, from conversion-driven landing pages to immersive storytelling experiences that elevate our brand and engage users.

- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
