As the Middle/Senior Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for the whole process of outreaching prospects and negotiating the terms of cooperation with potential partners, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with lead generation contractors and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of outreach activities to management.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of proven experience in outreach/lead generation.

- Experienced user of Partnership Management Platforms and CRM systems, mass mail software, MS Office (Excel)

- Prior experience working with influencers and affiliates.

- Strong negotiation skills

- Experience working with any of these tools and platforms like Ahrefs, Similarweb, Semrush, Modash, Outreach.io, and equivalents would be a plus

- Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills

- Excellent organization and communication skills suited to working in hybrid, diverse and inclusive teams

- Advanced English, knowledge of additional languages (German, French, Spanish) would be a plus

- Interest in the photo industry, familiarity with photo and AI technologies would be a plus

Responsibilities:

Outbound communication:

  - Launch cold email campaigns, communicate with potential partners, and negotiate terms of cooperation.

  - Convert leads into registered partners.

  - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities and provide regular reports.

  - Share feedback on what’s working and what’s not working, lead the changes, suggest ideas for campaigns, help craft templates, and develop campaign strategies.

  - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and partner registrations.

Lead Nurturing

  - Develop and maintain a consistent follow-up process to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted into partners.

Outbound Lead Generation and Qualification

  - Cooperate with contractors and lead generators, and search for new ones to increase the number of leads in the affiliate marketing funnel

  - Validate prospects

  - Research the market and identify potential target customers (ICPs).

  - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement lead-generation strategies

CRM Management:

  - Work with prospects in the CRM system, structure the documentation

  - Enter all required data into the CRM, and spreadsheets, prepare reports, and use other tools necessary for outreach and account management.

  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.

Processes Improvement

  - Collaborate closely with the marketing team, sharing insights and contributing to the ongoing optimization of lead generation, qualification, and recruiting strategies.

Role Mission:  

You will be responsible for functional testing of the web-portal dedicated to the photo-editing desktop application based on image processing algorithms and artificial intelligence models, which is operated by a machine learning approach. You will be required to ensure the quality of the cloud solutions including database management, web services, web API. The role includes requirements management tasks as well as payment providers integration and content management activities.

Scope of Work

• Exploratory testing of the Skylum web portal
• MySQL data analysis
• Web API functional testing
• Gather QA/test metrics and report to the Project Manager/QA Lead
• Process requirements management tasks
• Payment providers integration
• Creation/editing the content for the web portal
• Localisation of the web portal content
• Full Scale ‘marketplace’ management, including negotiations with 3rd party providers
• Cooperation with the Customer Support Team on processing users’ feedback
• Test documentation development
• As part of an Agile delivery team, work closely with development, design, and product management to coordinate work efforts

Qualifications

•  Relevant working experience in backend/frontend manual testing
•  Experience in creating test documentation (test cases, checklists, release notes)
•  Excellent math skills

You will be responsible for developing the image processing solutions that are the base for intelligent photo-editing ability, contributing to the cross-platform library that works on all modern platforms like desktop, mobile, and web.

Skills we look for:

• At least 4 years of professional C++ development experience;
• Experience in image processing or computer vision/computer graphics field;
• The ability to formulate and set goals clearly focusing on the result of work and time constraints withstanding;
• Proficiency in decomposition and further estimation of the scope of problems with a realistic duration of work;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Analytical mindset.

Would be a plus:

• Mobile development experience (JNI);
• Experience with graphics accelerators (Vulkan, Metal);
• Experience with image processing algorithms and frameworks (OpenCV, and AccelerateFramework);
• Experience with one of the ml-inferencing frameworks (openVINO, DirectML, CoreML);
• Experience with profiler (DTrace, VTune);
• Experience in writing high-performance code.

Role Mission:

You will be responsible for testing the photo-editing desktop application based on image processing solutions and artificial intelligence models, which are operated by neural networks algorithms. On top of that, additional testing niche in the form of mobile testing and web-services testing are considered to be covered by the role.

You will be required to ensure the quality of the system starting from an initial data science prototyping perspective to core image processing functions and desktop interface operations (including macOS and Windows platforms) with further mobile and web applications testing

Responsible for:

- Complex exploratory testing of the artificial intelligence solutions for the photo-editing purposes

- Analysis of the core image processing engine, its technical functions and algorithms

- Conduct testing activities for desktop application as an interface of the photo-editing service

- Thorough functional and non-functional testing coverage of the mobile application and subsequent web application

- Gather QA/test metrics and report to the QA Lead

- Cooperate with the Customer Support Team on processing users’ feedback

- Test documentation development

- Test “proof of concent” and product customizations

- As part of an Agile delivery team, work closely with development, design, and product management to coordinate work efforts

- Obtain and master knowledge in SQL/SQlite, CI (Jenkins), git, system services in macOS and Windows platforms, web-API testing tools

Requirements:

- Experience +1 year

We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead our marketplace initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and growing the marketplace by optimizing supply and demand, enhancing product features, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, sales, and marketing to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Growth Strategy: Define and execute the marketplace product roadmap, focusing on achieving growth across key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supply and Demand Optimization: Develop strategies to balance and grow both supply-side (vendors, partners, inventory) and demand-side (customers, engagement, transactions) metrics.
• Revenue Responsibility: Own the revenue targets for the marketplace. Identify opportunities to monetize the product effectively while improving the user experience.
