Main goal:

The main goal of the Product Manager is to build and develop the most popular creative image editor in the world on the desktop platform. The product has to combine unique technologies, an innovative user experience, and a sleek and modern design with pleasing aesthetics.

• Design, prototype, and implement new product features using SwiftUI and Combine;

Skills We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in iOS development (Swift; Objective-C & C++ as a plus);
• Proficiency with SwiftUI and UIKit; solid knowledge of Combine, and declarative UI design;
• Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM & VIPER), and principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI);
• Excellent knowledge in Apple’s modern development frameworks and APIs, with expertise in writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code using Swift Concurrency. Strong experience with data persistence using SwiftData and Core Data.
• Deep understanding of iOS app lifecycle, system performance, memory management, and platform-specific nuances;
• Familiarity with unit testing, UI testing, and behavior-driven development;
• Experience developing or contributing to apps from scratch to App Store release;
• Base knowledge of Objective-C, C++11, and STL (used in bridging modules or performance-intensive tasks).

• Experience with cross-platform development (Flutter, React Native, or Swift on macOS);

Role Mission: 

We are looking for a strong Machine Learning Engineer who can build and improve ML models used in our product. Most of the tasks are related to computer vision and image processing. You will work on both common tasks like segmentation, detection, and classification, as well as more complex problems involving Diffusion Models, LLMs, VLMs, and other custom tasks without ready-made solutions.

You should be able to work independently, move fast, and quickly test new ideas.

What You Will Do

• Build and improve ML models, mostly for computer vision tasks.
• Handle the full ML process: collect and prepare data, train and test models, and improve them step by step.
• Work on both standard and new types of problems.
• Create fast prototypes and help turn successful ones into real products.
• Work closely with other teams to bring your models into the product.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of real-world experience with ML, including at least 2 years in computer vision.
• Good understanding of how to build ML systems from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of these: object detection, segmentation, img2img, generative networks.
• Ability to read, understand, and implement ideas from cutting-edge research papers. You stay current with top conferences (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV) and can turn academic innovations into practical solutions.
• Strong skills in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience optimizing models for efficient inference on local devices (CPU, GPU, NPU), including quantization, pruning, and runtime adaptation.
• Able to work with and explore large datasets.
• Comfortable working on your own and taking full responsibility for your tasks. Experience with prototyping and working in an R&D cycle.

• Experience in research (PhD, papers, or personal projects).
• Experience training or fine-tuning foundational models (LLMs, VLMs).

We’re looking for a strong Product Analyst to join the Skylum team and work closely with our CPO and Product Managers. This role is not a service function – it’s a key partner in decision-making, helping drive product growth through data, insights, and experimentation.

What you’ll do:

• Build, maintain, and own our product analytics infrastructure (Tableau, Amplitude), including event design, dashboard quality control, and experiment tracking.
• Set up and analyze A/B tests, providing clear recommendations and learnings.
• Deep dive into multiple data sources to understand how customers interact with all Skylum products, identify insights, and recommend actions to improve key product and business metrics (activation, retention, LTV).

• Solid knowledge of core product metrics and experience turning insights into actionable plans.

Role Objective

Ensure a successful transition of the Marketplace from its current state and components, primarily driven by upsell mechanics, to a mixed model in which at least 50% of total revenue is generated by new users. The Marketplace should also become an additional entry point into the Luminar ecosystem.

What you will do:

• Deliver Marketplace revenue in 2026 in line with business plans, while maintaining the required level of unit economics efficiency and EBITDA for the direction.
• Build direct acquisition funnel(s) for new users to the Marketplace, positioning it as an entry point into the broader Luminar ecosystem (Desktop editor + mobile editor + web editor + education + marketplace + other). Within the first 6 months, achieve more than 10% of revenue generated by new users.
• Together with the CMO and Product team, migrate the existing Marketplace to an e-commerce engine (WordPress / Magento / or similar). Target completion: by the end of 2026.
• Together with the Education Product Manager, relaunch the existing Education direction, aligning it with user needs and community-building goals by Q4 2026.
• Build a reporting and analytics system to evaluate Marketplace business and channel performance, with autonomous weekly analytics and access for the CMO and executive leadership.

Role Summary: The Channel Account Manager is responsible for onboarding new partners and setting them up for long-term success. Following the initial sale and payment, this role takes ownership of the relationship to drive account expansion and ensure consistent repeat business. You will act as a strategic advisor to our partners, proactively designing and implementing sales campaigns to make Skylum their top-performing software vendor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or Partner Success within the technology sector
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth within an existing portfolio of accounts
• Experience in resolving complex partner-related issues
• Strong proficiency in maintaining CRM data and producing accurate revenue forecasts
• Willingness to travel when required
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
   

Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales or partner management
• Experience in eCommerce environments (eCommerce, retail, or distribution), with an understanding of online sales drivers, digital promotions, and marketplace dynamics
