Sensus Tech — the White-label Payment Orchestration Platform that brings financial tools together in one place.
We’re looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to drive sales growth, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build a high-performing sales function in the fintech software in payments space.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership — from developing the GTM strategy and building the sales pipeline to closing key clients, entering new markets, and scaling the team.

Requirements
— 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales within fintech, payments, or software development
— Hands-on experience with PSPs or payment processing is required
— Experience launching or scaling fintech, payment processing or software products
— Strong understanding of payment processing architecture and business logic
— Understanding of go-to-market strategies and international market expansion
— Strong negotiation skills and experience working with decision-makers
— English at Intermediate (B1) level or higher
— Self-organized, accountable, and results-driven approach

Responsibilities
— Develop and execute the product’s sales and go-to-market strategy
— Establish and optimize sales processes, lead generation, pipeline, and funnel management
— Manage inbound opportunities and drive outbound sales
— Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with key clients
— Own the sales cycle from initial contact through closing and support the client onboarding process
— Contribute commercial insights to product development and payment processing strategy
— Collaborate with product, tech, legal, and compliance teams on launching new solutions
— Drive expansion into new markets and grow international B2B sales
— Track sales performance, prepare MRR/ARR forecasts, and provide regular reporting and analysis
— Fixed salary + commission on closed deals
