About us

We are Folqs, a fast-growing D2C supplement brand in the United States (colostrum + beef organs). We're scaling fast - paid media, advertorials, landing pages, full funnels - and have built everything in-house. 

We're looking for someone to own our entire performance creative system - from research and messaging to creative production, testing, and scaling winners across Meta, Google, TikTok, and advertorial funnels.

You'll have significant ownership over our creative strategy and will work directly with the founders to shape the direction of our customer acquisition efforts.

This is not a branding, social media, or content marketing role. We're looking for someone who has built and scaled direct-response paid acquisition creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands and is obsessed with performance.
 

What you'll own

• Creative strategy across all platforms: Meta, Google, advertorials, TikTok paid (Spark Ads + whitelisted creator content)
• Full funnels: landing pages, advertorials, VSLs, email sequences
• Research angles hooks: customer reviews, surveys, Reddit, competitor ad libraries
• Creative briefs for editors, UGC creators, and designers
• Scripting + copy oversight: you write or heavily edit scripts, headlines, and page copy
• Daily performance reads on hook rate, ROAS, thumbstop rate, CTR, creative fatigue, and other key metrics - you decide what to kill, scale, and iterate
• Production pipeline: sourcing UGC creators, managing editors, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of fresh creative assets ready for testing
• Structured testing frameworks - one variable at a time
   

Success in this role is measured by improvements in ROAS, CPA, hook rate, CTR, creative win rate, and the speed and quality of creative testing and iteration.
 

You are

• 4–6+ years of experience creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or eCommerce agencies (not B2B, not a generalist)
• Deep direct-response background - you understand customer psychology, hooks, messaging frameworks, and how to turn insights into high-converting creatives
• Fluent in Meta and at least one of the following: Google, TikTok Paid, or advertorial syndication (Outbrain/Taboola)
• You've owned a creative pipeline end-to-end - from research and strategy through production, launch, and performance analysis
• Strong written English - you write or heavily edit creative briefs, scripts, headlines, and landing page copy
• A hands-on operator. Not a deck-maker. Not a strategist who hands ideas off to someone else to execute.
• You use AI daily to accelerate research, messaging, scripting, creative ideation, and operational workflows. AI fluency is non-negotiable.
• Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-paced environment and incorporating feedback quickly
• Experience collaborating with video editors, designers, and UGC creators to bring winning concepts to life
• Bonus: Experience with creative analytics and research tools such as Motion, Foreplay, Meta Ads Library, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar platforms
• Bonus: Understanding of FTC compliance

Fabula is a fast-growing D2C coffee brand in the United States. TikTok is our next major growth channel, and we're looking for someone to build and own it.

This role is responsible for our entire TikTok Shop growth engine - from affiliate recruitment and creator partnerships to content sourcing, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

You'll work directly with the founders to build a scalable creator ecosystem that drives measurable revenue, not just engagement.

This is not a traditional influencer marketing or social media management role. We're looking for someone who understands TikTok Shop as a performance channel and knows how to scale affiliate and creator programs that generate GMV.

What you'll own

• Build, manage, and scale our TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, including creator sourcing, vetting, onboarding, briefing, commission structures (Open Collaboration, Targeted, VIP), and ongoing relationship management
• High-volume creator and influencer outreach, gifting campaigns, negotiations, and partnership management
• Build and maintain a high-quality UGC pipeline, ensuring creators consistently produce content that can be repurposed for paid advertising (including Spark Ads and whitelisted content)
• Develop and execute our organic TikTok content strategy, including trends, posting cadence, creator collaborations, and community engagement
• Create FDA-compliant creator briefs and ensure all content aligns with platform and regulatory requirements
• Manage affiliate platform operations (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, Modash, Insense, or similar)
• Analyze creator and affiliate performance using GMV, attributed orders, CAC, creator ROI, conversion rates, and other performance metrics
• Continuously test new outreach strategies, creator types, incentives, and partnership models to improve program performance

Success in this role is measured by GMV growth, creator activation rates, attributed revenue, creator ROI, CAC, affiliate retention, and the ability to build a predictable pipeline of high-performing creators.

You are

• 3–5+ years of experience managing TikTok creators, affiliates, or influencer programs for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies
• You've personally built or managed a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable business results
• Experienced with TikTok Creator Marketplace and at least one affiliate platform such as Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, Modash, or Insense
• Comfortable managing high-volume outreach (50+ creator conversations per month) while tracking response rates and conversion through the funnel
• Strong written English - you write outreach messages, creator briefs, and partnership communications
• Performance-minded - you measure success in GMV, conversions, CAC, and creator ROI, not vanity metrics
• You use AI daily to improve outreach, creator research, briefing, content ideation, and operational efficiency. AI fluency is non-negotiable.
• Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-paced environment and incorporating feedback quickly

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously

   

Bonus:

• Experience with Spark Ads and whitelisted content workflows
• Existing creator network within supplements, wellness, health, beauty, or lifestyle niches

• Understanding of FTC and FDA compliance requirements for influencer marketing
