Role  

We're looking for Content Manager who can quickly and skillfully create marketing content about our SaaS products (including with the help of AI tools), publish it across different channels, and help the sales team communicate product value to clients with strong arguments. Sales'Up builds its own products and add-ons on the Creatio platform — our portfolio includes 30+ solutions that help companies automate sales, marketing, and service. 

What You'll Do 

• Create and publish content: website posts, announcements, updates 
• Manage marketing communications with the client base: newsletters, updates, best practices 
• Prepare content and materials for workshops and product events 
• Support outreach across channels (Telegram, website) as part of the sales funnel 
• Track engagement (reach, open rate, click rate) and adjust content based on what performs 

What We're Looking For 

• Understanding of what a SaaS product is and how it's marketed in B2B 
• Confident use of AI tools for content generation (text, visuals, presentations) 
• Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for visual presentation 
• Comfortable managing multiple content formats and channels independently 
• Ability to read basic engagement metrics and draw conclusions from them 
• A plus: familiarity with the Creatio ecosystem (partners, Marketplace)

Role
We are looking for a Middle/Senior Business Analyst to join our team and work at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions. You'll run discovery sessions directly with enterprise clients, translate their real business problems into clear, actionable requirements, and see your analysis shape solutions used by market leaders in FMCG, Agro and Finance.

Main Responsibilities

• Learning the company's products and their configuration
• Requirement gathering: identifying client needs and expectations, analyzing their business processes
• Analysis and documentation: developing documentation that describes functional and technical requirements for the system
• Defining technical solutions: collaborating with technical specialists to develop and choose optimal solutions
• Project coordination: ensuring communication between the development team and the client, tracking project progress
• Testing and validation: verifying CRM system compliance with requirements and validating the finished product with the client
• User training: organizing and conducting training for end users
• Support and improvement: post-implementation consulting support, results analysis, and improvement proposals
• Presenting developed solutions to the client

Requirements

Experience & Education

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
• Experience on CRM projects (Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc.) — significant advantage

CRM & Business Process Knowledge

• Understanding of CRM system logic: sales funnel, sales pipeline, customer journey, case management
• Experience in business process analysis and modeling (BPMN — required)
• Understanding of industry specifics — a plus

Documentation & Artifacts

• Experience preparing FRD, User Stories, Use Case Specifications
• Experience conducting gap analysis (comparing requirements against existing functionality/estimates)
• Ability to prepare technical specifications clear to both the client and the development team

Communication & Soft Skills

• Experience conducting discovery sessions and client interviews
• Ability to structure and document discovery call outcomes (pain points, requirements)
• Fluent spoken and written Ukrainian, confident technical English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Ability to present solutions and defend the analytical position in front of the client
• Experience conducting end-user training

Technical Skills

• Understanding of CRM integration principles with adjacent systems (ERP, accounting systems)
• Basic understanding of the no-code/low-code approach to business logic customization

AI Tools in Analyst Work

• Experience with or willingness to actively use Claude (and other AI tools) to accelerate analytical work: drafting FRD/User Stories, analyzing discovery call transcripts, gap analysis, preparing estimates
• Ability to write clear, effective prompts to get quality, structured output
• Critical thinking when working with AI-generated content — fact-checking and adapting it to the project's and industry's context

Domain Knowledge (will be a plus)

General CRM Domains (advantage)

• Understanding of the sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, sales funnel, opportunity management, sales forecasting
• Understanding of customer service/support processes: case management, SLA, omnichannel
• Basic understanding of marketing automation: segmentation, email/SMS campaigns, lead scoring
• Understanding of document flow and approval processes (workflow, approval processes)

Industry Expertise (advantage)

• Agri-trading: contracting specifics, pricing, supply logistics, working with elevators/counterparties
• Retail / Distribution: assortment matrix, distributor network management, discount and promo management, logistics and warehouse accounting
• Banking / financial services: compliance requirements, scoring processes, credit application handling (a plus, if applicable)

Role

We are looking for a Account Manager (Customer Growth Manager) to join our team and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients. You'll be the trusted point of contact for C-level and IT decision-makers at market-leading companies, building long-term partnerships and directly shaping how our clients grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with the company's existing enterprise clients
• Regular communication with clients (C-level, IT directors, business unit heads) to identify new needs and collaboration opportunities
• Conducting meetings, review sessions, and customer satisfaction analysis
• Organizing and participating in informal client meetings (business lunches, dinners, industry events) to build long-term partnerships
• Preparing client development plans (Account Plans) and managing active projects together with the delivery team
• Participating in the creation and promotion of additional products and services (upsell / cross-sell) in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Overseeing contract execution, invoicing, license renewals, and SLAs
• Maintaining the full history of communications in Creatio CRM — updating the contact map, logging meetings, ideas, and plans

Requirements:

• Higher education in business, IT, marketing, economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise clients in Account Management, IT sales, or consulting
• Understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation trends, and the specifics of implementing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, process automation, etc.)
• Experience navigating complex client organizational structures and multi-level stakeholders (C-level, IT, procurement, business units)
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing contractual relationships (contracts, SLAs, license renewals)
• English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Experience working with CRM systems (Creatio or similar)
• High level of self-organization, strategic thinking, and accountability

Обов'язки:

• Підготовка та проведення демо-презентацій рішень на базі платформи Creatio для потенційних клієнтів
• Налаштування демо-середовищ відповідно до бізнес-процесів клієнта (Sales, Marketing, Service, custom processes)
• Участь у пресейл-активностях спільно з sales-менеджерами
• Аналіз бізнес-вимог клієнта та трансляція їх у демо-сценарії

• Повний цикл B2B-продажів у сегменті enterprise та mid-size бізнесу — від первинного контакту до підписання контракту та старту проєкту;
• Активний пошук, кваліфікація та розвиток потенційних клієнтів із фокусом на складні, багатосторонні угоди;
• Проведення бізнес-презентацій, демо рішень, формування комерційних пропозицій та захист рішень перед клієнтом;
• Ведення переговорів із C-level, керівниками бізнес-напрямів, IT та закупівельними командами;
• Спільна робота з аналітиками, пресейлом та маркетингом для формування релевантних рішень під бізнес-потреби клієнта;
• Управління пайплайном у CRM Creatio: контроль етапів угод, прогнозування доходу, планування та аналіз комунікацій;

Вимоги:

• Вища освіта в галузі бізнесу, маркетингу, економіки або суміжній галузі.
• Досвід роботи в області продажів B2B протягом принаймні 2 років.

We are looking for a Creatio Developer with hands-on platform experience to build and enhance CRM solutions for clients across different industries and countries. You'll work directly with the Creatio platform's architecture, configuring business logic, developing custom modules, and shaping solutions that go live on real international projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and enhancing solutions on the Creatio CRM platform (formerly bpm'online)
• Configuring business logic, data objects, interfaces, and business processes
• Developing custom modules, UI components, and integrations
• Optimizing solution performance and writing efficient SQL queries
• Participating in the design of Creatio application and module architecture
• Supporting existing solutions and resolving incidents
• Working within a development team using Git and CI/CD practices

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Creatio
• Commercial development experience with C# / .NET (ASP.NET, Web API, WCF)
• Confident knowledge of JavaScript (Angular, jQuery, Backbone.js, Ext JS, RequireJS)
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
• Understanding of Creatio platform architecture and internals (Schemas, Packages, Configuration, Data Binding, Process Designer)
• Layout skills (HTML5, CSS3)
• Knowledge of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles
