rüte® is a fast-growing DTC functional-nutrition / superfoods brand on Shopify (core markets: Ukraine and EU). We're looking for an experienced, AI-native CRO specialist to own our product pages and conversion funnels long-term, so the founder can stop doing it manually.

What you'll do:

- Build and optimize Shopify product and landing pages: structure, offer, copy, layout, social proof

- Analyze our funnels end-to-end, find where we lose conversions, and run improvements

- Continuously improve the site — UX, page speed, mobile, A/B tests

- Align landing pages with our paid traffic angles (Meta / Google) so ads and pages match

- Use AI daily to move fast — research, copy drafts, mockups, data analysis

Our stack: Shopify · Trustoo / Loox / Judge.me · GA4 and Shopify Analytics · Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok · Figma, Canva · Notion, Google Sheets · ChatGPT / Claude.

You're a great fit if you:

- Have 3+ years optimizing Shopify DTC stores with proven conversion wins

- Can show before/after examples or short case studies (numbers, not opinions)

- Write clear, high-converting landing-page copy

- Are fast, autonomous and genuinely AI-native

Engagement: ongoing, long-term, ~20-25 hrs/week to start, hourly ($15-25/hr).
