Superpowers you have are:

- Ability to work with formulas, documents, tables, and project reports (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) at the confident level user;
- Fast learner;
- Upper-intermediate English level and above (written and spoken);
- Orientation to the result and long-term cooperation;
- Attention to detail;
- Passion for games.

As a part of Room 8 Studio you will be:

- Assistance for successful implementation of projects (2D, 3D, UI / UX, Animation, Video Production);
- Tasks coordination in Jira and other task management systems;
- Preparation of the protocols in English after communication with clients;
- Coordination of the financial and legal part of the project on behalf of the Art Producer;
- Record the project team’s time tracking by tasks;
- Preparation of commercial/creative proposals and project activity planning schedules for clients;
- Performing other profile assignments of Art Producer.

You're a rockstar if you have:

- Teamwork experience;
- Good knowledge of the CRM-systems work principles (Jira, Asana, Redmine);
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop / 3ds Max / Maya / After Effect / Cinema 4D will be a plus.
