Superpowers you have are:
- Proficiency in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3+ years in a leadership role within the creative industry.
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and modern graphic design concepts.
- Artistic excellence and obsession with industry technologies, tools, and trends.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of released art projects.
- Fluent communication in English, both written and spoken.
- Presentation skills and market awareness.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey creative concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering pipelines.

- Previous experience in the gaming industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with web design or experience in creating compelling visual solutions for digital platforms.
- Experience within game assets creation pipelines.
