We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Setting up promotions in the CRM system;
- Collecting data on the results of completed promotions;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and suggesting improvements;
- Creating layouts for promotional emails, SMS, and messages;
- Communicating with clients through various channels to inform them about new promotions and bonuses;
- Developing new promotions and bonus programs to attract and retain clients;
- Collaborating with the team to analyze customer needs and market trends;
- Participating in the implementation of changes to improve customer satisfaction;
- Assigning tasks to the copywriting team;
- Supporting the technical team in resolving promotion-related issues.
Nice to have skills:- Experience in the gambling industry.
Qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in developing new bonus strategies;
- Strong attention to detail and diligence;
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data;

We are looking for a CRM & Retention Lead to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM & Retention Lead with strong expertise in developing data-driven retention strategies, customer lifecycle management, and personalized communication to boost player engagement and lifetime value in the iGaming sector. The ideal candidate will drive loyalty programs, optimize CRM campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance player retention and revenue growth.
- Own and be accountable for key performance metrics: Turnover, GGR, Retention Rate, Reactivation, and Churn.
- Build a structured CRM process framework: planning, launching, QA, automation, and results tracking.
- Manage all user communication channels: email, push, in-app messages, SMS.
- Design CJMs and personalized campaigns for key segments (e.g., FTDs, VIPs, inactive users).
- Audit and evolve CRM functionality by implementing new mechanics and optimizing existing ones.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Casino, Antifraud, Promo, VIP, and Content teams.
Cultivate a strong internal CRM culture: focus on process, analytics, and team development.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role within CRM or Retention, specifically in iGaming or high-LTV digital products.
- Strong process-oriented mindset: seeks order, stability, and scalable systems.
- Expertise in key iGaming metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV, Churn, Turnover.
- Experience working with ROI and performance analytics.
- Skilled in automating repetitive tasks, optimizing workflows, and scaling retention efforts.
Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, grow, and share expertise within a team.
Nice to Have:
- SQL knowledge or experience collaborating closely with data analysts.
- Experience building CRM communication strategies or loyalty mechanics.
Hands-on experience managing promo budgets and evaluating ROI.
